We had an issue with a leak at our restaurant. No one was available. When we called and spoke to the owner, not only did he make sure to get someone out right away. He followed up after to make sure we were taken care of.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Blaustein Plumbing. We have custom, European plumbing fixtures (installed by previous owners) that are so specialized many plumbers don't understand how to fix them. I was recommended Blaustein Plumbing by a Plumbing and Hardware store that sells the specialized parts we needed. They charged a VERY reasonable (relatively speaking) flat fee per hour and are far more experienced and knowledgeable compared to other plumbers I've worked with. They're also super courteous, in addition to the mask, they put booties on before entering the apartment, gave me advice on how my building's super could fix certain items or issues (so I wouldn't have to spend the money calling a plumber). It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this plumber.

We just had the best experience with Blaustein Plumbing. Their employee arrived in less than 2 hours from our call. He was polite, articulate and knowledgable - even funny! The issue with our in-sink disposal unit was diagnosed and repaired quickly. I have told our management company not to use anyone else any more.

We had no heat this weekend, and my building was struggling to get a plumber to come by. I used Blaustein a while back to install some new bathroom fixtures, so I gave their number to my super without really expecting much. Thankfully our pipes weren't frozen and in less than 3 hours later our heat was fixed and my super raved to me about the fast, clean work that the mechanic did.

Since I began working with my company, I have personally requested that Blaustein come and service our plumbing issues. The first time we needed something that I cannot name for the life of me replaced in our toilet. It was an immaculate job and they were very quick and efficient. The second time that I had requested Blaustein plumbing to come in and service our office, was to change our water heater. Blaustein has gone out of his way to accommodate a schedule preferable to the office, while providing quality work with men who are respectful and good ambassadors for the company.

We normally are visited by Junior, but have worked with several Blaustein plumbers, all who are amazing at what they do. I would recommend their services to anyone!

The guy showed up without tools.. and after waisting 1.5 h of my time, he said that he didn't find any leak and wanted me to sign a waiver... the worst experience ever.. don't use them

My experience with Blaustein was the complete opposite of Phineas' (as has been the experience of two co-ops who've used Blaustein for years and recommended them). B. responded immediately to my call and located a hard-to-reach leaking drainpipe that two previous plumbers had been unable to find. Junior, the head ""doctor,"" had to cut away a lot of wood shims under the tub to see the culprit, then removed and replaced it in only two hours' work. Decades of experience, total professionals, reasonable prices, and it's even a union shop, we understand.
