Totally got it wrong in marking where the sewer pipe was located resulting in lost time and unnecessary work (cutting through concrete and digging). When they came back to check the marking the guy said he guessed they got it so wrong because their equipment was malfunctioning. They bought a new one. Would have been nice if they would have circled back to double-check the marking. Not a very satisfied customer.

We finally had it with holding down the handle on the toilet and hoped it would fill again for the next flush without taking off the take lid. With the holidays coming and this being in the guest bathroom we called in the professionals. They came straight away, fixed the problem, at a fair price. I am very grateful not to have to worry about my guests and of course us. The plumber was nice and even asked if we wanted him to wear a mask, which in this day, is a kind consideration. Certainly they will be top of the list in my book next time I need a plumber, big or small.

I had a break in my sewer line. Someone quickly got it more or less working and figured out where it was broken. They came by a few days later with the equipment to fix it. They definitely knew what they were doing and left it in much better shape with a clean-out valve halfway down a long lawn hill. This was all done at a very reasonable price considering the labor and equipment needed.

We live in Virginia Beach and called them for our daughters inoperative apartment garbage disposal there in Harrisonburg. We had already purchased the disposal on line and had it waiting for them. The technician that showed up was honest enough to simple ""reset"" the disposal and it did not require replacement. We appreciate the honesty of Blauch Brothers for first utilizing a simple troubleshooting technique rather then automatically replacing it and, of course, charging us a lot more money-Thank you.

I had a Polaris gas hot water heater that handled my radiant floor heat and domestic water. The heater was 18 years old and I started having to replace various parts like the igniter. The heater went out and decided to replace with it and began contacting plumbers in Charlottesville and Lynchburg, several of them never returned my calls or emails. I had done a lot of reading about different options. I contacted Blauch Brothers and spoke to them on the first call. Seth traveled to my farm in Nelson County looked at the job took photos and had me a quote the next day. They had to order the AO Smith Propane 50 gallon heater. They completed the installation yesterday. I am very satisfied the customer service and the estimate. I highly recommend Blauch Brothers.
