I needed the inner working of 2 toilets replaced. I was told on the phone that they had a real busy schedule and I agreed to wait until an opening came or whenever they had time. A few days later they called to say they had an unexpected opening and could come out. They did a fantastic job and I hope to be able to hire them again. They arrived wearing masks but since we are all vaccinated I made the decision that we could forgo them. Very friendly and professional.

I had a problem with dry rot on the exterior of my house. Blands Handy Home Service and Painting did all the work extremely well and in such a short time, I was amazed. They were so skilled and so efficient they completed work in 3 days for which other companies had estimated 2 weeks.
The repairs they did were so well done, I couldn't even tell where they had patched and repainted. They came right when they said they would, gave me a firm quote which was a very fair price. I plan to use them again for any other work I need done. Kai and his father Mark were friendly and a pleasure to have around. They seemed to know how to do anything and everything so I didn't need to hire a lot of different companies. They gave me good advise on how to better maintain things so I wouldn't need so many repairs in the future. Great company.

Extremely pleased with the professionalism and craftsmanship that the Blands provided in fixing drywall issues due to two burst pipes. It was a comprehensive repair job once the plumbers were finished. I will definitely call this father son duo again.

We needed a Hood Range fan installed. I would normally do this myself, but our prior contractor had enclosed the vent pipe completely and the new hood fan was also pretty heavy, requiring two people.
I called Blands Handy Home Services for an estimate. I spoke to Kai and I told him I would send him some pictures of the existing fan, the vent pipe enclosure and the new fan. Kai said that they could come by and give me an estimate. Kai showed up on time and gave us a fair estimate for the job. Kai works with his dad. Both Kai and Mark are friendly, engaging individuals and professionals. They do great work at a fair price. You cannot go wrong with Blands. They are prompt, quick, professional and do very good work. Would I hire them again? Absolutely.
