I called for free estimates, two gentlemen stopped by promptly, one guy's name was Carlos, they both were professional. I needed to install two bathroom vanities, price they offered was reasonable.

We hired Blanco Construction for two repairs in our home. They were both done by another person besides Jose, who we initially made the verbal contract with. Both jobs were not done to our satisfaction. We contacted Jose who returned to fix one of them. He explained that he would return to take care of the second issue. He never did. After many requests of him returning and him giving us dates on when he would, he did not. It has been almost three months and we never heard back from him. I would not use them again or refer them because in my situation, they did not stand behind their work.

I had a leak under my basement sink. They were able to come out the next evening and fix it very quickly for a very reasonable price. They were very polite and professional. I will definitely use them again for any other home projects, repairs, or emergencies I have in the future.

I hired Blanco A to complete a painting and rail staining project for me. They were on time and completed the work within the projected timeframe. The major issue I have is the state they left my home in after they completed their work. They sanded railings inside my home without first telling me, and I came home to dust everywhere. There was stain on the kitchen floor, paint cans left wherever, and stain on various flooring throughout the house. When I brought it to the leads attention I was completely dismissed and there was no recourse offered for what they did.

This guy tried charging me $175 to cut open my ceiling and tell me where a leak is coming from. I thought it was outrageous but he promised me he would deduct that from the total and that he would give me a fair price for repairing everything. I was hesitant and should have gone with my gut because he scheduled a day to do the work and didn't come by. Won't pick up his phone either. Can't do business with someone that is unreliable. That's how you end up with either half done work or nothing at all. Beware!

They just finished taking our old gravel driveway and turned it into a beautiful concrete one. They were on time for estimate and work which is very important. The area was large and they had it done in two days. one day to remove old gravel/prep and the other to pour concrete. We ended up spending more than we originally thought just because we needed a trench near the detached garage so water didn't go in.
They were professional and easy to speak with and we will probably have other work done by them down the road.

Update Review. Jose finally came and completely finished my roof. All is well. Everything looks good. Thankfully, he kept his word.
