W.R. ""Bill"" Blalock and J.R. ""Red"" Lynch formed a partnership in 1973, launching B & L Plumbing and Electric. They delivered expert plumbing and electrical services to their clients. They began their operations in a compact block building at 1131 East Commerce St, Lewisburg, TN. The phone was answered by Bill's mother, who also took care of work orders and invoicing. With growth came the need for additional employees. In 1978, Carl King and Jessie Whaley were brought on board to meet this demand, both retiring after more than thirty years of service.

Bill, Kevin, and their team of 62 full-time employees express gratitude to the loyal customers in Marshall and surrounding counties who have supported them for 42 years.
