I am highly disappointed with Aaron as he was supposed to be doing some work for me. He told me by removing my sinks I would most likely need new countertops I had to pick those out and all that and it took me time to get an estimate and all that picked out and my sinks for a double vanity bathroom and my kitchen. Maybe 2 weeks had passed I had kept in contact and texted him and called him but heard nothing from him. I had the other guy lined up for my counterops and to remove my sinks but nothing, not a peep from him. He never texted me back nor called me, but accidentally called me back from another blake plumbing number he called me on before and hung up on me (butt dail) about a month later but I never heard from him again. I find that very rude and bad business. IF YOU ARE TOO BUSY JUST SAY SO DO NOT IGNORE SOMEONE YOU PLANNED TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND TELL THEM WHAT TO DO. I HAD EVERYTHING READY AND THEN HAD TO FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER. VERY FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYED ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I WENT OFF OF THE REVIEWS AND WAS HOPING FOR GREAT SERVICE BUT TO NOT GET A RESPONSE AFTER ALL THAT IS REALLY CRAPPY!

We received quotes from two Angie's List providers who came on site and whose quotes seemed really high. Neither one offered an alternative plan. When we called Blake Plumbing, Aaron suggested a better way to achieve our goals, gave us a quote over the phone, and when we were ready, John came over as promised to do the work. No nonsense, just did the work beautifully and stayed within the quoted amount. I have always had good experience with Blake Plumbing and recommend them highly.

I recently called lots of plumbers to ask some questions about installing a hot water tank and was unable to reach anyone until I called Black Plumbing and Blake answered the phone. I could not have called a better person. Blake was super helpful. He answered all of my questions and actually gave me the history and what and why for for each of my questions. Blake is super knowledgeable, and such a nice guy. He spent a lot of time with me and seemed genuinely happy to do so. He even told me to call him back if I have any questions and that he loves to talk about plumbing.

I know I will certainly use Blake whenever I need a good plumber.

I had a plumbing issue over the weekend because my kitchen sink wouldn't drain. I reached out to multiple companies through yelp, but I am glad I decided to also call this company when they opened on Monday morning. Even though they were very booked, they squeezed me in the same day. They showed up in the window they told me, snaked our drain, tested and made sure everything worked, and even talked to me about how to install an AAV and were out of here in a little over 30 minutes.

I truly think they did a great job and would recommend them to all.

I got aggressively tailgated by one of the drivers. He flipped me off when it was my turn to merge and was so close to my car that I could basically see his nose hair. This is not ok and a bad rep of the company. I will no longer be using this service.

Aaron contacted me promptly, asked questions to understand the problem, gave me a quote, and then resolved the problem shortly after arrival for less than he quoted. He explained exactly what he was doing as it was happening because I was interested, how our plumbing was configured, why his proposed solution was the best option. Awesome.

If you are looking for a plumber, I cannot recommend Blake Plumbing in Renton enough. Aaron, the owner, provided customer service that went above and beyond.
From now on, they are the only plumbing service I will call or recommend.

Aaron came to my house twice. Diagnosed a broken sewer pipe and recommended a company that would fix it. Then came back to diagnose another problem. Didn't charge for either visit. Great customer service!!!
