Joe is amazing. I needed advice and work done on my formerly landscaped property, which was creating issues with the flow of water on my 2-unit property. Joe was able to assess, and detect multiple points that could be easily fixed, and others that could be paramount solutions using other local experts he was happy to refer me to. I can't say enough good about him. If you're doing underground work, your first call should be Joe at Blake Pipeline.

We came home from vacation to find our pond was almost empty. NID provides water to customer outlets but getting water from the NID box to customer property is the homeowner's responsibility. After unsuccessfully trying to get water from NID to my pond and looking on the internet for help. after several calls to others who didn't seem to be interested, I found Blake Pipeline's website.
I was ecstatic first, that someone actually returned my call but more importantly, Joe Blake called me back within a couple of hours and found time in his schedule to come by the house the next morning. After some preliminary checking, it took just over an hour to have my water to my pond back in service.
Joe explained the process that we may need to go through to restore water in a way that was easy to understand.
Joe and Bob were extremely helpful, and I'm thrilled with their service.
If this problem arises again, they'll be my first call. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

We needed to locate a water main to trench over electrical for a shop. Joe came over and located where it routed for us- totally different location than I thought- would have litterally cut right thru it if we didnt call him. He came out fast, within a few days of calling . He will work weekends, he will get your lines located. So its worth every penny

Jo is awesome! He is not only personable but very professional.We hired a plumber to locate a leak & he wasn't able to find it or the pipe location. The suggestion was to bypass our exterior fire suppression system & have them install a new one; which would've cost us thousands out of pocket.

NID welcomed us to the community with a knock on the door, and informed me we had a slow drip leak (.10-.12 GPM). After checking my toilets, spigots, and outside irrigation, I was able to determine the leak was in my front yard system. Checking twelve valves and close to 80 heads, I found nothing.

A call to Blake Pipeline, was quickly responded to, and Joe began a painstaking search for the leak. After trying multiple methods, he attempted his last, viable test. Pressurizing the sprinkler system with hydrogen, and using a sophisticated ""sniffer"" he pinpointed a spot a few yards away from my main water feed lines.

Long story short, while trenching for something entirely separate, I asked them to dig up/peel back the grass in the area Joe located. Nothing was immediately visible, but within 10-minutes the leak was evident. A T-joint connector appeared to have a hairline crack, and merely exposing it caused the drip to escalate to a spray.

The troubled line, and connector, were at the bottom of a grouping of 5 PVC pipes, all above the troubled pipe, making self-repair impossible. I called a professional and repair took less than an hour.

Thanks to Blake Pipeline, I no longer have to go out and manually turn the water on/off to accommodate my scheduled watering days, and my meter now reports 0.0 leakage! Rather than have to dig up my front yard, looking for the elusive leak, Joe made it possible to dig just one hole!
