They replaced my gas hot water heater, no problem with the work. The heater was fully covered by American Home Shield after a $125 deductible. However, after the work was all done, I was told that some of the work wasn't covered. Aren't you supposed to get an estimate of costs before repairs are done? To me that seems like the professional thing to do, it might even be required, don't know. Anyway, since I hadn't been aware of any extra charge, they said not to worry about it. Then the next week, they tell me I owe them $184! I have a camera in the garage, and so I went and reviewed the footage, the work they say they are charging me for, not the whole job, took them all of about 30-45 minutes! If they had informed me of these extra charges before the work, I would have told them that I would perform those non covered tasks. I feel like I've been taken advantage of.

Sent out a unlicensed plumber. Something got damaged and they refused to fix it without requiring me to pay more. I was unaware plumber was not licensed to work alone until item was broke, he was represented as a plumber to me. Now repair bill for what started as a minor issue is grotesque

We made a warranty call, so I expected to have to wait awhile to even get an appointment. Frank Blair Professional Plumbing was able to schedule an appointment for our leaky water heater for the very next day. Unfortunately, the water heater blew the morning of, so the service call went from fixing a leak to completely replacing it. First off, Dan was early to his appointment (which almost never happens) and when he saw the mess, he jumped on the phone to talk to whoever he needed to in order to get us a replacement asap. He was pleasant from the second he came in until he left and performed the work quickly. He had to leave to another appointment as ours ran longer than expected, but came back the same day to tie up any loose ends. Dan went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made a bad situation an easier one. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing business and people that work there, Megan has fantastic customer service, They worked around our finances, showed up the same day and on time, seriously great people and amazing work. Franks knowledge, sense of humor was just what I needed for the mess/flood in our basement. He made sure everything was in working fashion and back to normal before leaving. Frank Blairs Professional Plumbing did an excellent job with our water heater. We had a contract with a home warranty company and he could have just fixed it, but he knew it had a pin size hole so put in paper work for a new one for us. The home warranty approved it so instead of a fixed older one, we now have a new water heater and Frank was honest and professional in all he did for us. Thank you Frank, your company is awesome!
