Kathy P.I explained at 930am that I had a leak that was causing damage and unable to turn the water off. I also mentioned that I was having trouble finding a plumber to come out today. I spoke to John and he said he could come today after lunch. It was the best I could do so I agreed. At 2pm, I still hadn't heard anything so I called him back. He now says, oops sorry, can't make it. It's now Friday afternoon and I still have leaking water and damaged floors and no plumber. I could've spent those 4 1/2 hours getting a professional here. If you have anything even remotely or potentially urgent, do NOT bother calling this guy. He couldn't even make a 2 minute courtesy call to let me know. Heck, even a text would've been better than nothing.
