I recently had Blackwell Plumbing repair a slab leak in my home, and what a wonderful job they did!

They were very thoughtful in how the repair was completed (going through my Laundry Room vs. through the tile in the bathroom.

They were fast and efficient, went above and beyond to clean up both inside the house and outside.

First off, I was thankful and impressed by the quick response and willingness to work with my schedule.

Day of- Jasper communicated with me from the beginning and made sure I was aware of all the potential issues. I really appreciated his desire to mitigate the need to punch holes all over my house to find the issue.

He was quick to find the source of our leak and made only the necessary cuts to access and repair the affected pipe.

What a crazy day, but luckily I was able to have some peace of mind that Jasper and his team were there to solve the issue; which was done faster than I thought.

We needed our clogged bathroom sink cleaned out and this gentleman came the same day. He went ahead and cleaned the tub/shower drain that was draining slow at the same time without raising the price. The work was done in about 15-20 minutes including cleaning up. The drains run great now! Highly recommended!

Both toilets and showers clogged at the worst time ever. Dropped a txt to Jasper and he came out when I told him I was desperate.

With an hour our toilets were flushing and drains cleared. Never knew you can unclog from the roof vent.

He was cool and pleasant to work with!

I had a hot water leak under my house and was recommended Blackwell Plumbing by my local community group. They came out the next morning and replaced the pipe for us, and informed us of what caused it in the first place. It ended up costing a little more than we were originally quoted once they got under there, but they informed us before any work actually started so we could change our minds if we wanted to. They were great, helpful, and overall awesome to work with.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Came out, replaced water heater supply lines which were behind my water heater. They had to remove my water heater to get to these lines. Upon replacing my 7yr old water heater(verified age after they left), they were unable to relight it! Charged me $1800 extra to get a new water heater. After installing the new lines, my shower would not work due to old pipes. They never informed that this might be an issue. Feel totally taken advantage of by these guys.

STILL TO THIS DATE HAVE NO RECEIPTS FROM THESE GUYS!

I have asked several times through texts and emails, no response or receipts.
