I won't get into specifics but had a pretty disappointing experience all the way around. I called them back to have a frank feedback discussion with the owner. Was told he was very busy. That was a week ago and he never called me back. Will not be using them again and will not recommend them.

I got up one morning to find a very bad leak from the TP valve on my hot water heater. I got the on-call person who gave me immediate good advice, and followed up after normal working hours began (when he heard my voicemail and realized that the secretary wasn't in yet. It was fixed by 10:30 AM. I couldn't possibly be no more satisfied. I thought the price was extremely fair for that immediate fix. Thank you!!!

Despite their heavy workload, they were able to work me in as an emergency due to a cracked sewer pipe. They were very courteous and thorough. I gave this rating due to their skill, promptness and pleasant demeanor. We were quickly back to normal.

If you're searching for a professional company that KNOWS their industry, you have found the best! This is the second time in a year that we used Blacksburg Plumbing, H & E and they are awesome!!! They installed four toilets and an in-sink water filtration system perfectly. Last time they magically diagnosed a leak that we had that was behind the drywall, which two other plumbers could not figure out. These guys are competent, professional and the only ones I will use in Blacksburg.

Highly recommended by major Blacksburg mechanical contractor, accepted appointment 9 days after call, plumber couldn't identify simply branch line clog, left with zero fix and $130 bill arrived. Called back, told too busy and find someone else. Disappointed and believed in local relationships. #sad
