I had a nasty drain clog that made the house smell like sewage. Black's got back to me, said they could do it today for the best price quoted to me. He was here in 15-20 minutes, and was done in about 30. He took the care to not flood my laundry room, like my landlord did, was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Blacks Plumbing came out to our home. I had no water pressure in shower. The estimate they gave is what they charged. Very reasonably priced. Will be using them again for sure. Very good work and knowledgeable. They did a great job for me.

Called mr Black late yesterday to get kitchen and laundry sink drain umplugged.. he send two guys the next day and Matt found out the problem quikly and withing half hour, he solved the issue. Very pleased with service and Matt was a pleasant individual and went out of his way to get job well done..would highly recommend. Blacks plumbing also installed a water heater last summer and was and am very pleased with the job done by mr Black.Also very reasonable price.

Disappointed...I have a major drainage issue which will require a knowledge, able plumber.
However I will never know about Blacks.
Twice I expected them to show to estimate the job....twice they were a no show.
No call no text nothing.
If I can't count on them showing up as scheduled how can I count on them completing the job on time and on budget?

Black and his crew and been over multiple times since moving back to Hammond and I can't say enough positive things. They have changed out a water heater and the main shut off valve to the house to name a few services they performed. Very affordable prices with great guest service and honest. This company will not just sell you something unless you truly need it. I have an honest mechanic which everyone knows is pricesless and now have found a plumber that can handle any job big or small with professional service at affordable prices that I will continue to recommend to everyone I know.
