Holly G.Woke up on a Sunday morning with no hot water. In a panic, called a handful of big-name companies in the area and none of them were able, or willing, to commit to fixing our situation that day. Then we remembered Chris with Blackburn out in Topeka. Gave him a call and, without hesitation, he committed to helping us that same day. Even though he had just gotten back from a trip to New York the night before, even though he was at church when we called him - he committed to helping us out.
Because he was helping out another customer first, he didn't get to our house until around 6pm. It wasn't a straightforward repair - some difficulties had to be overcome. But he worked through it and, three hours later, we had hot water again.
We really appreciated Chris' can-do attitude, professionalism, reasonable pricing, and willingness to go the extra mile. This is the stuff that builds loyalty and turns people from customers into raving fans.
