Gabe, the owner, was kind enough to offer me a free after hours phone consultation minutes after I put out a job request regarding my broken water heater. Not sure if he would have been the cheapest out there, but I was impressed with his straightforward attitude. He was also able to fit me in the next day.

Ryan and Gabe showed up the next day and promptly went to work. They showed me how to perform yearly maintenance, and patiently answered all of my questions. I felt bad that they ended up working later than expected, but they were so nice about it. Another cool thing is that Gabe offers first responder and healthcare discounts.

I was having an issue with the pressure relief valve on my hot water heater and had exhausted all my self-help options. I made a call to Gabe and explained my situation. He quickly arranged a service call with me and had my issue diagnosed right away. My water heater was still under warranty, and Gabe was 100% transparent when he offered up different options. The day after the service call, he obtained the needed part and replaced it. Thanks to Gabe, I no longer have to apologize to my neighbors for flooding their yard. I could not have had a better experience than I did with Blackburn Plumbing. I would not hesitate to use them for any of my plumbing needs in the future.
