Black Tie Plumbing really came through for us today!!! We called and in 30 minutes they send a plumber over to fix our bathroom faucet he was in and out in 30 minutes as well..Plumber was really nice and explained the situation and what he did to fix it thoroughly. So...our realtor gave us this company's name. I called, spoke with one rep, explained what we needed, only to be put on hold and given to another rep who I again explained what we needed. We set up an appointment (for today) but not one ever called or showed up...nothing. Not acceptable! If this is an indication of their work probably for the best.
