We had Black Plumbing out on a Thursday to clean out dryer vent and change our water system filters. They cleaned out the vent by taking off our plastic vent cap on our roof. The young man came down and said our cap was broken, and we eventually would have to have a roofer replace it. Sunday morning we found the vent cap in our yard and it showed marks that the man broke it when he pried it up to clean the vent. It had been on the roof for seven years before he pried it up. We called on Sunday to have someone put the cap back on and the answering service said someone would call but they never did, though we told her rain was forecast for later, and we didn't want the rain going down the vent. My wife and I are old, but we finally got a ladder and was able to cover the hole in the rain. Blacks did a good job of cleaning the vent and changing the filters, but they were expensive and should have replaced the cap then, or at least been willing to call us back on Sunday. We don't mind paying more for good service, but expect expect return calls and repairing mistakes. We won't use Blacks again.

Had a plumbing issue on Friday afternoon called to schedule an appoiny4and tod them it wasn't an emergency but was urgent. Everything was fixed, up, and running by 9 am. They made everything super easy!

I had them come out a week in advance to fix a toilet that was not flushing right, they got the toothbrush out after half an hour of being here, but it was 210.00 fo you thinj that is fair or affordable service?

Called on weekend for emergency main line block in Feb and on the third day after had another main line block. I was told there is no warranty on blockage and had to pay again. After receiving my bill noticed they had charged tax on labor, (which is against the law) notified them and only received the labor tax back. I recommended that if you used Black's Plumbing in the past 25 years , Contact them and tell them you want your
Labor tax back !!! Two days after second call I called 3D Plumbing and every thing has been perfect! 3D do guarantee 30 days on blockage.

Great customer service! Very efficient & knowledgeable. I had a clogged drain that was causing water to back up & flood my bathroom. They figured out the problem & fixed it quickly. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues!

This is probably the best experience that I've had with a home repair, ever! They're professional, quick, friendly and fair. They educated us on a minor repair, so we don't have to call them for something so simple again. They were running a little late but still offered to shuffle the schedule for us to make it on time, but I declined because we weren't terribly busy. These guys are our 'go to crew' for plumbing issues in the future.

Great customer service. Professional, efficient, and do a great job.

I had a busted shower control cartridge that was causing water to leak from my faucet, and took the water pressure from my sink. The first time they visited, they needed to come back after the city cut the water off, but didn't charge for the time. When they came back (a different guy) they got right to work, quoted me off the bat, did more than I thought they would need to, comped me a shower head install, and we're STILL under the quoted amount. Very happy with the service and I would call them again in a heart beat.

Very expensive. $40 more per hour than other plumbers. I had said I needed a faucet changed and when he showed he said he needed the brand and then had to go get parts. He took an HOUR to get them and charged me an hour of labor when I live less than 5 mins from multiple hardware stores!

we have been using Black's for our Plumbing needs for about 4 months, we have used several other plumbers in the past, and even though they started out well they quickly all turned, not returning calls, rescheduling scheduled appointments( not for a n hour or so but til the next day or two. In our industry that is not acceptable. Black's on the other hand has always been there on time, or early, Even when the job got more complicated than expected they came through fast, and fixed the problem. Only if more plumbers would have their level of professionalism

I used to call Black Plumbing all the time and I was building from scratch so plumbing was a frequent need. Then I called another company for HVAC. They also did plumbing - seemed logical and convenient to be able to get service with a single phone number - big mistake. Back to Black Plumbing. Personable and efficient, they have never disappointed me and always accomplished tasks moving from one to the next to the next with a can do attitude and professional approach.
