I woke up and I had no water. I called Black N White. Ryan sent out a wonderful tech, Kaina, in 45 minutes. That's right...45 minutes. Kaina quickly found and repaired my broken pipe. He was very personable and kind. He explained and took a picture of everything that needed to be fixed. I was very impressed with the tech and Black N White. Great service and very reasonable price. I will be using them again in a few weeks. Thank you Black N White

The plumber that was sent got the job done but he simmered to struggle with the job and needed to call someone for phone help. I also had the same job done at another house by another plumber one week later for $207 less.

I had tried to work with Black and White for over 9 months to replace a shower cartridge at my condo. They would never return calls. I would leave messages and they would never call back. When I did speak to a live person they would say someone will call me back, but no would would ever call back. If they did not want to do the work or felt they were unqualified all they had to do is tell me. I found another plumber who was responsive, professional and got the job done. Sorry, but I do not recommend this business!

About a year ago we had a new water heater installed by Black and White plumbing. When they came out they were friendly and fast but after they installed dit, it has been very hard to get a hold of them. The water heater is not giving out hot water, just warm and I have called and called and called to have them come out and fix it but nobody answers the phone and they do not listen to their voicemail. I'm so frustrated with them. The owner live sin my condo complex and I see their truck all the time around here. Maybe I'll spread teh word that they are not very reliable after the work is done!!

We called on a Wednesday about a leak. We were told the they could come in Friday around noon. On Thursday, we got a text message and email that our appointment was confirmed for the next Tuesday. I called and left a message asking why our appointment had been moved, and if it was possible to have the original one honored. No response. Tuesday comes, and nothing. No call, no show. I have tried to call a good half dozen times and never gotten through to a live person.

I had a leak for a while that just kept getting worse. I called Black and White Plumbing and they were able to determine where the leak was happening . Unfortunately the leak was under some concrete. Ryan was able to come with a creative solution. They were able to cut through minimum amount of concrete and lay new pipe. Instead of spending money on pouring new concrete they put stone down over the new pipe. I was worried how it would look, but it looks like it was always been there and the stone fits in perfectly and you would not know it was added later. Ryan was extremely responsive. I have had them do work previously and both times their price was fair and the service excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a plumbing issue at work and needed someone right away. We called our regular plumber and voicemail was full. When we finally get in touch with them they can't come until tomorrow. This can't wait so I call Black and White. They've done work for me before at my house so I know that they respond to calls and do good work. I talked to Ryan and he said he could get someone out and would call me back. 5 min later I'm told that someone is on the way. About 10 min later the estimator shows up. I show him around at what the issues are and he says he needs to find the main outlet or something. After walking around he finds it, calls the company to say what he needs and within 30 min someone else shows up with the equipment to work on the issue. Issue was fixed in less than 2 hrs from the time I called initially. They also found that a pipe that wasn't capped but should be so they capped it. Talk about service... Black and White will be our new regular plumber. While I know that they can't always be right there when I call again I appreciate that they will try their best.

I was satisfied with the service from Black n White, but I thought they were too expensive. The plumber was here just a little more than an hour to install a new faucet and plumb a new sink. I supplied all the parts except for one hose adapter and a few washers. I installed the garbage disposal air switch and soap dispenser myself to save some time. The bill came to $400. If you think this is a fair price, then by all means use this business, but I'm going to shop around the next time I need any plumbing done.

Excellent service, very friendly reasonably priced! I called the service on Monday and had my technician out as early as Wednesday to install my new hot water heater. The owner was awesome and called to let me know my tech was on the way. my technician was super friendly and super helpful and went above and beyond to help me access my hot water heater and install. I am a business owner of two companies in this community and have been for the last 20 years andI would strongly recommend this business.
