I have literally used these guys so many times at my house! They've changed out my tankless water heaters and cleaned the filters on them when they were a year old, replaced our PRV for the house, cleared clogged drains in almost every room of the house and fixed our instant hot water system! Most recently I had John and Adam doing the work and they were just awesome. Very knowledgeable and just so nice to deal with. I've referred them to several friends and they are equally as happy. They are my 'go to company' for anything plumbing related. I would highly recommend them!

Many thanks to Travis, the on call plumber this past weekend. It was late on Good Friday and I had problem with a toilet shutoff valve that needed replacing. The water was off and I was afraid I'd have to wait until the next day someone to come out and look at it. Fortunately, Travis was able to talk me through the steps to replace the valve and get me going!

I've tried other plumbers since first moving here in 2004. I've also obtained multiple quotes for different jobs around the house, but I've consistently found Black Mountain Plumbing prices were among the most competitive. The jobs they've done include: installing a new water heater, replacing leaking plastic plumbing fixtures on sinks and toilets with metal quarter turn shutoff valves; moving a gas line for a new stove in the kitchen; hooking up a new toilet; installing a new dishwasher, kitchen faucet and disposal; and installing a new bathroom vanity and faucet. The new bathroom vanity was part of a major remodeling job that required them to carry it upstairs to the bathroom and create cutouts in the side and back walls of the piece to match the plumbing fixtures. They also made cutouts in my new 5 inch baseboard for the legs of the vanity so that it fit flush with the back wall before they installed the backsplash. The guys are always courteous and clean up as they work. The company charges by the job - not the hour - so you know what you're going to pay up front. Great company. I recommend them and I will continue to rely on them for all my plumbing projects.
