I called Black Horse Pike Plumbing and Heating after my hot water heater leaked into the bedroom through a shared wall.
I was told how to turn off the water supply, and Charlie was dispatched the next day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything I needed to know. He answered all of my question, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day to replace it.
The next morning, I got a call that they had a cancellation and asked to come earlier.
Work was done quickly, cleaned up neatly, and I wasn't home, but Charlie waited for me to get home to show me the work performed and make sure I was satisfied.
Black Horse Puke Plumbing are going to be my go to plumbers from now on.

I have used this service since 2008 and have had stellar results every time. Bob and his team installed my entire hvac system many years ago and serviced my system. Always fair, prompt and professional. I have referred them to friends and family for many years simply because they are fair priced and HONEST...which is all I can ask for when I know nothing about hvac or plumbing. Recently they helped me with a ceiling leak which turned out to be grout issues in my shower. Rather quote an enormous repair, they provided advice on what I can do on my own to resolve or request a return visit if needed. This review was overdue and I highly recommend this company.

Black Horse Pike Heating and Plumbing are excellent. Bob Priest, the owner, is a NJ master plumber and really knows his stuff. He had very good plumbers working for him (Charlie is awesome) and they handle most of the routine stuff. However, if something is less straightforward or a bigger job, you can count on Bob personally showing up to ensure that it meets NJ codes and his standards.

They are not the cheapest plumbers around but when you are dealing with your own home you have to put safety first. With BHP Heating and Plumbing you know that you are getting a first rate job and they stand behind their work. They obtain permits when required, and walk you through the inspection process. My township's inspector checked that everything was to code, complimented the neat and clean job and slapped an approved sticker on in about 5 minutes. You generally get what you pay for, don't cut corners with heating and plumbing. Hire the best plumber and the cheapest landscaper. A crappy lawn isn't going to endanger your family or your house.

Black Horse Pike came out to recharge our AC last year which wasnt cooling properly. They did the job quick and affordable so we were very happy and remembered them recently when our tub and sink weren't draining properly. Will use them again if need be as it's rare to get someone you can trust to do a good job for cheap!

One suggestion... Get other quotes. I don't have any work to rate because the relationship didn't get past first base when I was accosted with a ridiculous quote. It was laughable really. Maybe the work is good, I don't know. But there are plenty of other companies in town (think Bovio) that do a great job and aren't offensive right off the bat.
