Excellent, honest work. Brady was professional, informative, and expedient in resolving our issue. He went out of his way to make sure we made the best choice for our situation and reviewed it all with us after the installation was complete. He installed a new hot water heater and soft water system. Definitely recommend this plumbing service. Could not be happier with Brady and Black Diamond Electric.

We had an HVAC question/problem in Ivins, Utah and called black diamond. Steve showed up in 2 days and took care of our problem. We were very impressed with his promptness, integrity, and price. We will definitely be calling them the next time we need it!

Great response time, knowledgeable and helpful phone staff. We had Nick out to check our radiant heating system and he got to the real problem efficiently and repaired it. It was a faulty job by a different plumber.
Then we had John out to give us an estimate on our HVAC system. He was also great. Very highly recommended for plumbing or HVAC issues!!

We were so impressed with the service that was offered by Chris Pedreaza. He came to our house to help with a hot water pressure issue and found two issues in our system. He came back the following day to fix both issues and had a helper named Brady Case. The professionalism and politeness both showed while in our home was better than any other work we have had done. Chris explained everything he was doing and showed us why we were having issues. We will definitely be asking for his services again!

I was hesitant to call electrician but so happy I did! Chris was the electrician who helped me. I thought my minor project was minor but, once installed ran into a couple hurdles. Chris was patient and solved the cabinet width issue immediately and without complaint. Feeling grateful! I would not have been able to install on my own! Thanks Chris!

This company used to be great, but now they are bigger, and are super over-priced! The service was professional, but the technician found a flipped circuit breaker and a GCI button that needed to be pushed. For that, it cost me the full $199. I had other circuits that were not working, but he said I would need to pay a new service fee (I guess another $199). Compared to how reasonable they used to be, they are gouging people now!

*To clarify, I was able to speak with Michelle and confirm that a technician did come to my house and incorrectly diagnosed my furnace.* I was told by this company that I needed a new fan, which would cost about $800, but I might as well just get a new furnace for around $4K since my furnace was too old anyway. Ended up getting a second opinion and $160 later my furnace was fixed. Not sure if the company was just trying to scam me or didn't have the knowledge to correctly diagnose my furnace, either way I would not trust this company.

Professional from start to finish. They picked up my call right away when I called for an appt. Although I was a first time customer, It was easy to schedule my maintenance appt when I wanted it. They sent an email
To confirm my appt time the day before and actually called 30 minutes before the tech arrived as promised.

Brian was professional AND friendly from the moment he arrived. I just moved here and have not owned a place during the winter EVER!! He was very helpful telling me about my unit, what to watch for, and helpful winter tips.

His service was efficient time wise and I will definitely call Black Diamond again. Great experience from start to finish!!!!

Reached out to black diamond for some electrical work. This is the second time ive used them. Tylor arrived at my house early and ahead of the window they gave me, which was awesome! He was quick with the quote and answered all my questions and and then some. Once I was satisfied with my concerns, he started to work on connecting my gfi breaker for my spa. Very happy with the quality of work. I will for sure be returning!

I called to set up an appointment to have some drains unclogged and Maria answered the phone. She was very unprofessional and had to ask me to repeat information there and four times. When she told me initially that a plumber could come out tomorrow, she suddenly said they couldn't come until Monday. I am sure Black Diamond does a great job, but I couldn't ge past the inept receptionist.
