Called Black Diamond on Saturday after my air conditioner failed. It was refreshing to talk to an al person that could schedule my service instead of just leaving a message with several other companies.

Tech showed up early, was very courteous, and solved the problem in 30 minutes. He checked my second unit and found a similar pat ready to fail. He placed the parts and checked the rest of the system for problems.

These guys were professional,responsive, and knowledgeable.

I have been so impressed by the service provided by Black Diamond. Each time I've called for help, they've sent someone out the very next day, and they've always shown up right on time (today they even called to see if they could come 15 minutes earlier!). The technicians have always been respectful, efficient, and I feel safe having them in my home with me.

Hmmm... Not too happy with my experience. I was hoping that I wouldn't hear ""gotta replace this unit"". The tech said everything was working, but that the freon leaked out. He said repairs would costs approx $1100 yet he said he wouldn't repair it! He insisted that I should pay between 5-7 grand to replace this the ac unit in a small condo! Over a leak???? Additionally he was quick to take my money for a diagnostic. Seriously didn't like the vibe. It just felt wrong. Will call someone else.

Chris Pedraza Sr showed up on time, was kind to our dog, and most importantly solved our hot water heater issue. He took the time to make sure that my wife and I both understood what was going on and walked us through maintenance best practices. I've always had top notch service from Black Diamond and would recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled to have our A/C and Furnace looked at today. Three hours before the scheduled appointment they called and said they had to many people without AC and would have to reschedule our appointment. While I understand overbooking the way my wife was treated by the rep was less than professional. Somehow it was our fault that they were overbooked. I called the rep and she did apologize. She offered to send a rep out but I declined.
This was the second time we have been disappointed in Black Diamond. Last year when they installed a new Water Heater they showed up several hours late, another job took longer than expected. We were promised a 5% military discount on the job but never received it, we asked but decided it wasn't worth arguing over the $105 dollar discount.
The work they did was very professional but they don't honor their commitments

Whew! What a lifesaver!!!

I noticed the basement was flooding through our basement drain in the floor. Yikes! Not sure on exactly who to call, I checked out reviews on Yelp and decided to go with Black Diamond.

They had one of their experts out in less than two hours - after a super rainy week, I would have expected to wait for availability. Mike was super friendly and thorough. He found a creative and super easy solution to the problem - even though more expensive work would have been seen as a reasonable fix. Saved me a TON of time, money and frustration. In the end - he didn't charge for the almost hour-long visit.

Honest, fast and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company 100%!!!

I Already did a Review and it Must have been removed. Black diamond Lied to me regarding My Compressor in my 3 yr old central air. Wanted me to rush into a $3500 unit. I declined and had 2 further inspections by Other Companies and they disagreed with black diamond. Lies and deceit and i have Negative comments for a company trying to sell a Whole Unit for $3500 when there is Nothing wrong with my Unit. Crooks and Not Honest
