Please please please sort by the lowest reviews. Many of those reviews summarize my experience with this company! Dishonest, unethical, incompetent.

Zero accountability full of excuses and do the minimum amount necessary but charge nearly triple other companies.

I'm posting this to warn people actively looking for any sort of home repairs etc until I can write a more thorough summary of my experience.

They were cited for safety violations and unlawful activity related to my electrical job stemming from not grounding any of the electrical in the basement, which was exactly what I hired them for (among other things).

Finally demanded an inspection after they left old wires in the attic and they've had to come Numerous times for missed areas and other oversights.

Had to have them come back several times to correct shoddy and unsafe electrical work noted when I finally got an inspection.

They took me for over $30,000 and even after all of this they won't refund me even though I completely have 0 confidence in their job and they've been cited by the division of professional licensing.

Even the inspector was in disbelief with how much they took from me.

They wanted me to sign a release agreeing I would not post reviews etc for a partial and small refund but I declined so I can protect others.

They will charge you nearly $10000 for a $1000 furnace.

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Our smaller furnace wasn't working that heats our master bedroom. Black Diamond came out and quotes us $1375 for part and labor. The technician was pushy and wanted us to sign up for yearly service plan. We didn't like him and decided to get another quote. The second quote came back at $325! Can't believe people can be so dishonest! Don't waste your time with this company.

My toilet was leaking around the base of it so I figured it was the wax seal. I went to shut it off but the shutoff valve was encrusted with 20 years of hard water deposits so when I tried to shut it off it started spraying all over the wall. I immediately went downstairs and shut off the main water supply. I contacted Black Diamond Plumbing out of Riverdale Utah. They couldn't make it out that night but they came out around 10:00 AM the next day. The technician was really nice and immediately started to work on it. Ten minutes later he said he needed to leave for supplies but shortly returned. I kept track of how long he had worked and by th time he was finished he had spent a total of 1 hour. My bill was $676.00. I told him that was ridiculous because I know those two parts would have cost less than thirty dollars and he only worked a total of one hour. I paid him but knew I had been ripped off. I contacted the company and told them they needed to email me a receipt and that I was going to post a review on Google and they said they would but they never sent the receipt. Do not use this company unless you have money to throw away. I will contact the BBB and call them again for my receipt.

I received a furnace from them first and my service was fast and easy. The technicians were great and it was definitely easy to set up and pay for my services. So then I decided to go with them for A/C and that was where it started turning into a bad experience. They had shut off my breaker to install, of course, but didn't check the freezer that was on my back porch, or unplug it while they turned it off and then plugged it back in, and it ruined over $500 worth of food, and the 4 month supply of breast milk that I had pumped for my twin boys, my last children, and my supply was all dried up. I was absolutely devastated to say the least. I called to inform them and hopefully talk to a manager about it so that something like that wouldn't happen to anyone else. The manager called me back and blamed it all on me basically and gave no sympathy to me for ruining my very last supply of breast milk that I was ever going to make.

THEN, I called about my warranty on my furnace for them to do a tube-up, which is included in my warranty, and not once, but twice in a row, they did not come in the 4 hour window OR let me know that they were going to be late until after the window had already passed. I took work off two half days for nothing. They never called me back and they have never made anything right. So I'm going to say 3 stars, and only for the sole purpose of the installation people were kind. I never felt like a priority after I had already paid them the money for the product or like my warranty doesn't mean anything to them. Meh. Wouldn't recommend.

Terrible company, we're selling our house and we needed an electrician to come by and check some stuff out. They came by checked the stuff out we asked and said it would be 20 grand. 20 grand? Are they insane? Definitely tried over charging because our grandma was there while we were working and thought they could get away with tricking an older woman. Got a quote from somewhere else and we got a way better deal and spent less than 10 grand. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Not worth your time or money.

Price gauge warning. I requested a quote for a (1) new hot water heater, (2) pressure regulator valve, and (3) replacement P-traps under the sinks. The service agents were very polite and all, but the quote came in at DOUBLE the market price. I determined this by googling the price of these items and then getting a 2nd quote from another company. That 2nd quote came in at ~50% of the cost, and matched the market rates I had researched via the google search bar.

Love that they showed up 30 minutes into their time window! Malachi was our technician and was super informative and thorough with the inspection of both our furnace and AC unit. He made lots of suggestions about how to move forward with both units and what that would look like for the longevity of their function in our home, appreciated his honesty instead of just trying to gouge us. Definitely great service!

Had some electrical and HVAC work done. Price was good, they were able to do the work almost immediately and did a really good job. I would recommend hiring this company, they were great to work with and do a great job.

I called a month ago and took the first available appointment to have my furnace serviced along with my humidifier checked out. I get a text message telling me, he we are sorry but we are too busy to give the service you requested, because we are installing furnaces. $$$$$$ Can we reschedule? I CANCELED after I called the original installers who are reputable and they are coming out. I know I can count them to show up and do the job right.. This is sub-par service at best. I will never call or refer these @#$%&&! To anyone, actually I will tell them to avoid them like this virus.
