We had a great experience with BlackCat Plumbing. They came out promptly and gave us an excellent quote. In addition to being a competitive price, they made suggestions for our home that made our full repipe a better experience, including relocating a new hot water heater that better fit the layout of our home. The actual work was scheduled quickly and completed ahead of schedule. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a repipe.

This company is top drawer! We have dealt with a lot of service providers, and they surpass all of them in every category, from timeliness to service to quality of workmanship. They could have charged us tens of thousands to repair our main water line, but, instead, they were honest and told us that our irrigation system had a leak. Very honest, loads of integrity.

Black Cat Plumbing was great! My 13 year old water heater started having issues. Mike from Black Cat responded quickly to my e-mail and sent out people to replace my water heater within 24 hours. Once it was replaced, it had issues with the pilot light later that evening, and he sent people out at 8pm to look at it and fix everything. Everyone was also wearing masks and very knowledgeable and friendly.

Black Cat was able to squeeze me in for a next day repair, the repair man, Darrin, arrived on time, and hustled to get the job done as quickly as possible to minimize the labor costs.

We were super fortunate to have Black Cat plumbing work in our basement during our finishing project. Our goal was to add a bathroom, a laundry sink, install a new water heater, relocate clothes washer and replace water supply line. Mike and his crew were extremely professional, clean and provided innovative solutions to accommodate our 1908 home. I would highly recommend Black Cat Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. Highly recommend! I live in the neighborhood and stopped in to ask if they'd give me a quote to fix a leaky pipe under my bathtub. I showed them a couple photos of the pipe setup. The manager (Mike) said their morning project was delayed and could do the work right then. They completed the job in an hour! These guys are awesome! The owner Mike is so nice and sent his best crew to totally replumb our 100 year old house. They did a fantastic job, we're respectful and clean inside the house, cleaning up everyday when they left, and explaining everything as they went. Thank you, Black Cat, for being so damn awesome.
I had a lengthy list of plumbing fixes that were pretty major (and required by the City), including the installation of a backwater valve that required cutting a whole in the cement floor of my basement apartment, repiping and venting several fixtures, and rerouting the main stack. The necessity of this repair was scary--both in terms of the level of destruction and the cost. But the team from Black Cat made the process painless. Mike, the head dude, did the estimate. He devised a creative way to meet the code requirements that would destroy less of my house. He was also hilarious, smart, and had great insights about dealing with the city permit office. Chrissy in the office was responsive and kind. She was so personable and funny, that by the end of the week (we talked several times), I literally wanted to buy her a beer and hang out with her. The guys that did the work--Josh, Filipe, and Marvin--were freaking awesome: Hard-working, knowledgeable, and respectful. The job was complicated for several reasons, but they clearly had the know-how and the tenacity to work around any issues. They were courteous to me as the homeowner, respected my house, told me everything that was going to happen, asked questions about my preferences, and got the whole crazy mess done and wrapped up in a day. I was so relieved and grateful that I wanted to hug all of them before they left. The inspector came a few days later and approved all of the work.
I was totally dreading having this work done. The thought of drilling through the foundation of my house had me really stressed. But the team from Black Cat totally had it handled.
