I've never left a negative review before, but this deserves it. To start with, he was four hours late. I had to contact him and ask if he was still coming. I hired him to install a siesmic shut off valve on my gas meter. He called me after it was done to arrange payment. His fee increased $50 over his estimate, that's understandable if it was a difficult job but this shouldn't have been. He also wanted me to pay for nineteen parts he had to get from Home Depot, he only used six of those parts. I messaged him to mention the valve was installed incorrectly. It's clearly labeled which direction the gas is supposed to flow. I asked if he would come back to fix it that day. He said it still works, so it's not an emergency, and he was to far away to come back that evening. I asked when he would come back to fix it, I haven't heard back from him.
