If anyone is looking for a plumber def Do Not use BL3 plumbing in moore oklahoma. I had called them to fix a clogged up kitchen drain at my house he was there for about 30 min didn't clear the issue and stated I would need to get a camera to locate the clog and that most likely I would need to replace the pipe under my foundation and it would cost 3800. So I said I would call a different plumber the new plumber came out had the drain cleared in 30 min. I reached back out to BL3 to see if they could refund some of my 140$ due to another plumber coming out and fixing the issue they stated that they would not refund any money due to the damage my pipes did to their auger I mean really just a bunch of crooks trying to get one over on unknowing citizens.

I understand you needing to make it sound better, as a business ...however No pricing was discussed or quote given before, during or after the work was completed and bill handed to me. It took 15 minutes to make the repair and 15 minutes for PVC glue to dry and check all good. How that equaled 2.5 hours I'll never know. Except I was charged for you not bringing what I explained needed repaired and had to shop for those parts

I've used this company many times and had consistently had a good experience. I had them come out to check a leaking issue and my tenants were there to receive the plumber. When I get a call it was not to notify me of why was going on but to collect payment. I was amazed with the total of almost 200 when they told me that all that was needed was to put some grout in the shower. They raised there hourly prices without informing me beforehand and charged me for two hours even though they said they only did 1:30 of work. They said they had figure out the issue and snake the shower. When I talked to my tenant she said that in the first 15 minutes he knew what the issue was and that he wasn't even there for an hour, which makes sense. I feel lied to and taken advantage. If they would have told me their upfront new cost and would have been honest with the time they were there I would have no issue. Their new secretary didn't seem to care about the customer just interested in collecting the payment.
