Brandon came out and did a great job with my kitchen sink and dishwasher. I was impressed with how quickly he got the job done and how friendly he was as a person. I quoted out a few others and his pricing was very competitive as well. No problems here. Seems like a stand up guy to me.

Brandon is honest and true to his word. He is reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. From the moment he walked into my home, he was direct and to the point. He did exactly what he promised. He was friendly, very social and polite. He was patient and explained everything he was doing and what I had to do from there. Finally I found someone I can trust which is very important to me since I am a widow. He will be my go to plumber for now on.

They said they could deliver and install a dishwasher in a couple of days. I messaged back today to verify time and address but they told me they sold it to someone else.

Probably dodged a bullet anyways because they only have 1 positive review that wasn't from the owner.

Brandon came to install our new bosch dishwasher that we bought from Best Buy. He did something very wrong because when we came down to the kitchen after running it the first night there was a flood that warped our floor and damaged the cabinets. When we called the company they came back they ""fixed"" the problem but when we asked if they had insurance to cover the damages to our cabinets and floors the owner asked if we could settle it separately so their premiums wouldn't go up. We are reasonable people and said that was fine and agreed to $400 to cover the damage. Well, that was a mistake as the owner stopped answering and returning our phone calls and emails. In our addition, they still must not have properly installed the dishwasher as it made continuous draining sounds and now, after 11 months, has stopped draining all together. We are having a different company come out and look at it. I would recommend actively avoiding this company.

Brandon came in to hook up our sink from the kitchen remodel that we have been working on. He was very professional and kept us informed on what was going on and the ETA of him arriving. He went above and beyond to hook up our kitchen sink. He even made sure our dishwasher was good to go. I would recommend BK plumbing to anyone who is looking for a great plumber. Brandon you are amazing thank you for taking care of us!

I had an emergency situation where the refrigerator went out in the house I'm renting out. I saw a fridge from this company and called about it and was super relieved to hear that they could deliver it that day because my renters had already been without a fridge for several days. He told me he would call me back in 10 minutes to get payment information. I was in Utah for a funeral and needed to get back to california the next day. He never called back so I called him a couple hours later and no one answered and the voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message. He told me he could deliver between 4 & 6 so that's what I had told my tenant. When 3 o clock rolled around and I still hadn't heard from them I started calling often because it was very important to get this taken care of before I returned home. After reading the previous review about the washer/dryer only lasting a month and no one getting back to them I gave up. It seems that lack of communication is a pattern with this company and I feel like I dodged a bullet here. I almost never leave reviews, but thought I may be able to save some other poor soul the stress of dealing with this company.

Bought a washer and dryer in April. Worked for a month then both stopped working after a month. Called twice since then and both times was told I'd receive a call back in an hour and no call back was EVER received. It's so annoying that my washer and dryer has sat here for 7 months and I have to go to the laundromat.
