BK Plumbing saved my vacation (and sanity) by responding to a troublesome busted pipe on Sunday evening-Memorial Day weekend. It wasn't an easy repair but Jake persisted, called for backup and got er done. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of their work and excellent service.

I've used BK plumbing 3 times and this last service call was a horrible experience. Hot water issue at a condo downtown. Brian showed up, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts, and installed the parts, incorrectly. Once the problem wasn't fixed I was told by Brian I may have to replace a 3 year old hot water unit or maybe there's an electrical issue. This sounded quite fishy to me. I'm not a plumber so I wouldn't have known this until I contacted another plumber for a second opinion, who then told as well as showed me the new parts were installed incorrectly. He also showed me the old parts that were left in the crawl space next to the hot water heater where he had to re-diagnosis the issue. Once these parts were connected correctly we had hot water again. I had to pay the 2nd plumber for travel time and a diagnostic fee but not parts since the parts were already there. BK plumbing is trying to collect for the diagnostic and travel time, as well as parts. I, nor should anyone, have to pay 2 diagnostic and 2 travel fees due to incompetent work. I can't run my businesses this way and nor should they. I have offered now 3 times to pay for parts but that's all I'm willing to pay. I appreciated the work to diagnose the issue but that doesn't go very far when a second company has to finish your work and has to do the same work because you can't finish the job correctly. Unfortunately, I won't use nor recommend them to anyone. Make sure work is done correctly before paying.

This company is simply the best plumber I've ever worked with. They are honest, fast, efficient, affordable and customer focused. I have their number marked in my phone as the first one that comes up when I need plumbing.
