Our main drain line for our house was backed up. I reached out to BK Plumbing and a technician was here within the hour. He was professional, courteous and most importantly provided an excellent explanation as to what he was doing a and had our problem resolved in a short amount of time. I highly recommend using BK for anyone out there who has a plumbing need! I prefer to do business with smaller companies who are honest and don't try to work you over with a sales pitch which sometimes includes services you don't need.

2 weeks ago I discovered a small flood in my basement as a result of a busted hot water heater. I knew this was an emergency especially with the freezing temps and remembered receiving a business card for B-K Plumbing a couple of years ago. I called and the owner Emmanuel told me he was booked for the next couple of days but couldn't and wouldn't allow me to be without hot water with the freezing temperatures we were having for that long. He was there first thing in the morning and did an awesome job. One of the nicest and most understanding businessman I have come across. I highly recommend B-K Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

This plumbing contractor is the worse. The technician Emmanuel Black did absolutely nothing when he came to me home but take the initial service call fee of $45 for my husband to tell him what the problem was. He scheduled an appointment to come back and do the work but he did ot show up for the appointment, nor did he call. We had to call him and was told he would call us back. We have not heard from him. He is very unprofessional. Did not know this company had a 1 star rating on the BBB before the Home Warranty Insurance Company referred him to me.
