I found myself in a situation where I had many choices and quick decisions to make after Hurricane Ida resulted in unprecedented government agency involvement.  I needed a trusted opinion from a plumbing expert who was aware of city codes, construction specialist opinions and awareness of budgeting limitations in the midst of inflation created by the supply chain debacle that has affected our nation and world.  Bruno followed through via phone and then asked if he could pass by as some photographs I forwarded did not tell the complete story. My not knowing plumbing jargon contributed to the lack of context. Bruno was very generous with his time and proved to be a very decent and honest professional with formidable knowledge. He couldn't have been nicer in explaining what he could and could not do, always offering a transparent rationale for his thought process which is fascinating to experience. Thanks to his coming on a Saturday morning and taking time from other jobs, I will be able to comfortably meet application deadlines so I may take proactive measures to protect my boiler and water heater from future extraordinary basement flooding.  To say I am grateful would be an understatement.

This review is based on professionalism and communication (which both lacked), not an actual completed service. We reached out in a pinch and was finally able to connect with someone via the phone number that they provided in messages. I called and the tv was blasting in the background, so it was hard to hear him. What I DID hear, though, was that he wanted to charge $450 to remove a cap from a gas valve. I thought that was high, but before I could say anything else, he hung up on me. Then, he texted me saying he could do $350 since $450 was too high. I don't know about you but I'm less likely to want to work with someone who (1) is clearly trying to rip me off (because we paid $150 w/ tip to a qualified Plumber), and (2) is rude. I never responded and took it as a sign to move on ?

This was my first time using BK Piping and Heating and very happy with them. Bruno was very responsive to calls and texts and communicated throughout the process. He sent pictures of his work as he progressed. He was also able to work around our tenant's schedule and perform the work early in the morning at 7am and on short notice.

I would definitely recommend Bruno to anyone looking for work to be done.

I needed to power jet wash the main line and line under the toilet for a clog. Bruno was very responsive by coming the same day to diagnose the problem. He was at the house the following morning with heavy equipment to make sure the lines were clear. He also waited a moment after the job to make sure there were no problems. Great value and response time. I would recommend for your plumbing needs.
