Bruno saved us! We had a very badly clogged kitchen sink and he promptly responded to provide us amazing same-day service. Bruno gives the impression that he is a professional, he did do a good job at locating the problem and fixing it. It was as it turned out not a leaking pipe, but a bad wax seal under the toilet. My issue with him is that I made the mistake of trusting him. When it came time to pay him his price was $650.00 dollars for what was no more than a hours work. I have since checked with other Yelp listed plumbers and the price quote was a low of $165.00 to a high of $375.00. He apologized and and said ""he should have told me his price before he did the work"". I am an older person, he is not the first plumber I have used, I have never had a problem like this with a tradesperson before. It was my mistake for not making certain of the price beforehand. Did Bruno take advantage of me YES he did. He may be a good plumber, but if he cannot be trusted, you need to find someone else.

We had to get a new shower body and Bk quickly responded to my inquiry and with a competitive price. Additionally, Bk arrived when they said they would, cleaned up before leaving and arranged for a tiler to finish the job. Bk was easy to work with throughout the process. I'd happily hire them again.
