Integrity, honesty and timely are my three adjectives on how to describe this company Bruno is a life saver. Sunday evening a hot water heater in a building I manage broke down. Desperately, I searched for a plumbing company that would react quickly to restore my service and not kill my wallet. I put the request out in yelp land and the first to answer on Sunday evening at 10 pm was Bruno at BK Piping. I checked his reviews as we dm'd each other. He came up with a very reasonable price quote and got the job. Not asking me for a deposit I said, this guy is very trustworthy. He said he would be at the job site at 2 pm next day but came two hour early. WTF plumbers are supposed to make you wait for hours lol. He completed the job and left the building without a trace that he just replaced the boiler within 3 hours. I would recommend this company to my family, my friends and anyone I care about with total confidence. Not only would you be taken care of in a timely manner but you would be treated like your the most important person in the world. I highly endorse Bruno and now understand why he has a 5 star yelp review.

Needed a natural gas water heater to replace current unit. After having the unit delivered to my home I put out the bat signal on Yelp. Bruno who responded rather quickly, requested pictures of the current heater and once he received them told me he could do it today. He told me he would call me when he was an hour out and he did. We had the water heater waiting for him in the basement laundry room where everything is easily accessible. Bruno accessed the job and in a couple of hours I saw and heard the water heater come on.

Had one hiccup and I called Bruno, we FaceTimed and did a restart and the water is hot and I'm happy.

My mom's heat went out on Christmas Eve, and one of the coldest periods of the 2022 winter. Bruno was very communicative and was able to give us a rough estimate over the phone. He promised to be there first thing the day after Christmas, a Monday. He did great work at a fair rate and helped restore heat to my mom's house. Bruno and his crew replaced an old Laars mascot 2 boiler with a new Navien system. He was very quick on getting back to me and was responsive throughout the entire process, especially since he was working with my tenants. I was able to handle everything by phone and I didn't have to drive out to NY to check his work. Everything is working great and would definitely hire Bruno again.

The shutoff valve to our outdoor hose line was faulty, and water was leaking through at a steady stream. With cold weather incoming, they managed to come out the next day and replace the valve for a reasonable price. Professional and worked quickly, really appreciated it especially given the timing urgency. Would definitely recommend.

They did a great job. Very responsive ( got a quote in minutes ) and very direct and efficient communication setting the appointment up. Had to fix a broken radiator valve. They came when they said they would. Got right to work and were all done in about 30 minutes. Just like they said. Radiator is fixed and works great now.
