Outstanding customer & technical service, very timely response, affordable. My kitchen sink faucet started leaking pretty badly. Can you say ""feels like reverting to camping or worse""? Nothing like doing dishes in your bathroom sink or tub to remind you just how important our fully operational kitchen faucets (and sinks) are to even basic meal prep and clean up. Kevin Bjork returned my call within 30 mins or less and was able to stop by, quickly and accurately assess the ""situation"", and recommend some great faucet options. Then he made time to get me on his morning schedule the very next day and got me all set up and back in working order in minimal time. After he fixed the sink he even took time to look at my water heater to be sure it looked in good working order.
