I don't usually write negative business reviews, but I had a disappointing experience with Kevin's plumbing service. I was charged $295 for replacing a Water Heater Expansion Tank, which I found out can be purchased for $40 to $60 online. What's worse is that they billed me $235 for labor, which took less than 30 minutes to complete. One person could have done the job, so it was still too high even if their rate was set for two employees.

All they did was replace the old tank with a new one, which any other plumbing team could have done for half the cost. I strongly suggest that you consider other plumbing services before signing up with them, as they have conducted similar practices with my business partners in the past.
