They were able to fill my new heating system and go through all the settings and customize them for my benefit. They do charge a 1 hour minimum plus driving time both ways plus regular hourly rate of $108.50

Came fairly quickly after calling for service and BJ diagnosed the problem right away. Ordered a part that was apparently hard to get but he found it and saved us from having to get a new hot water heater. If we were well off I would probably overlook the money part but I have to say that the bill was crazy high.

My furnace froze up and broke as well as my water pipes prior to moving into my home in February. I had heard of this company so called and received almost immediate response I was living in Arizona at the time. After job was completed, a new furnace and some inside water pipes repaired I never received his bill. Then one day in April he calls me to see if he can help me set up a payment plan? I had never received a bill because he was emailing it to the wrong email. How can I pay something I haven't received? So, I pay the total bill to his bookkeeper. Then I call him to have an outside faucet put in. He asked if I had paid my bill and I said yes. A week later, this is July now. I received a bill for over $3,000.00! I was told when I called that his daughter made a mistake on the initial invoice (not my problem) but I paid anyway! I'm a 65 year old woman, on SSI, working part time , recently screwed in a divorce, and home insurance did not cover this! Unless you have deep pockets watch out, it's worth the money to wait! I know someone installs faucets for less than 502.00!!!

Some enterprises rise to the top and this business really gets it. We absolutely LOVED our experience and will absolutely keep coming on a regular basis! Feels great to know the option is always available!
