Just had the best service with Shayne and Chelsie! Old drain pipe from kitchen sink cracked unexpectedly and was leaking badly. I was deeply worried I would have a hard time getting anyone to come quickly and repair, given the somewhat precarious position of the pipe and big job I thought it would require. But Chelsie was super fast in responding and dispatching, and Shayne & Kamalu were on site within 30min. After assessing the situation, providing his recommendation and then a quick trip for supplies, they finished the job in under an hour. Less than 3 hours after first discovering the leak, the problem has been fixed, even for less cost than I was preparing myself for, and I can relax! In what world does that happen!! Bivens is on file for future, most definitely :-)

Shayne & Chelsie run an awesome business. Very prompt & responsive to our call for assistance to our clogged main drain line. Shayne knows his stuff, he is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what's going on and provides suggestions for consideration and cleaned up the work area when he was done with the job. He was able to solve our clogged main drain line and the cause of it and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use his services again.

Woke up to a leak above our water heater. Water was already in 1/3 of the garage. Had to shut off the water to the whole house. These folks were on site within 2 hours and had the water heater replaced by lunch! They saved the day at our house today. So grateful!

I highly recommend this company for any plumbing services! Shayne is amazing and passionate about his craft. He's super knowledgeable but more importantly he gets the job done well and efficiently. I like that he's a straight up kinda a guy but he also makes recommendations. Most services people I've experienced tell me what needs to be done with no options. Shayne will tell you what needs to be done but also suggest what he thinks is the best way and give you alternatives. He came out to give me a quote for no charge. And while he was diagnosing my issue he noticed my toilet was running, wasting water. He literally fixed it for me on the spot! Talk about going above and beyond. Then he gave me a quote on the job I called him for and it was very reasonable. Now it was time to schedule. Here's where his wife Chelsie comes in, she's amazing as well and her response time and service are impeccable. She's friendly and super accommodating. This duo of service and quality is unmatched from my experience with plumbers in the past. I will be calling them for any future plumbing work and referring them as well. They are great!

I was upset how I was treated just because I wouldn't accept the quote given so I wrote the last review about what had happened. Chelsie the wife got back to me, apologized, and would not charge me anything. I must say, Shayne must be pretty good a plumber as he fixed the problem in no time. Although I was upset that he was late, I do appreciate that he went although it was getting late! I understand that Shayne was just emotional and so was I. I tried to remove the last review but I don't know how. I will pay what I think the job was worth although Chelsie insisted that I wouldn't need to. I hope Shayne will get over it, like I will!

Shayne was able to come out quickly when every other response I got was no availability. He was able to unclog our drain within a half hour of arrival and is currently working with us to figure out the underlying problems. Super nice and honest guy to work with.

Great service, immediate response to emails/texts, was at my house less than 90 minutes after first contact. Shayne and his fellow plumber (so sorry didn't get his name) were sooo pleasant and friendly. There was no fuss, just got in and unclogged my back to back sinks in no time.
