Repair/replace the rusted tub overflow drain setup. Went to yelp to check Plumber around Kapolei. I submitted a quote from another company but Yelp also show your inquiry to other Plumbing service and so I received emails right away from others as well, to include Biven's. I never heard of this company but saw very good reviews. Chelsea, from Biven's, also not only introduced herself but also included the best way to communicate with them to include texting pictures of the item needing repair or quote. So I did and they were able to squeeze the job the same day since they were already nearby repairing another house. Shayne and John came and replaced the broken/rusted drain setup successfully. I was very happy they got the job done the same day. They were efficient and good in what they do. Thanks guys!

Shayne came to the rescue at 10:30 pm on a holiday to rescue me from a flood due to a burst pipe caused by another plumbing service in my neighbor's bathroom. They snaked a line next door and blew a hole in my pipe. Shayne was so fast, so patient with my landlord (who kept him on the phone for 25 minutes while he was doing the job). Shayne impressed me SO much. A real pro. So comforting to have a local guy who gives it to you straight with kindness and humor and respect. I will recommend him to everyone. Thank you again Shayne. I am so happy I chose Shayne to do my faucet installations!! First of all, communication with his wife Chelsie was awesome. She kept in touch with me from the time I sent in my project request all the way until Shayne got to my house - a day earlier than service was scheduled for (what's not to like about that?). Mind you, my faucets are nearly 30 years old so I was super excited to get new ones - and get them installed a day early? BONUS! I had already purchased faucets and he said they were good choices (yay Costco!). He pointed out that the valves would need to be replaced soon (those are nearly 30 years old too). I asked if he could do it now and he said yes. So I got new faucets and new valves. Shayne & Kalama are knowledgable, skilled, and are just nice young men who know their trade very well! I have some other small projects to be done in the upcoming months. I asked Shayne if he could do them so I'll be scheduling with him when I'm ready. New faucets, new valves, new plumber = a very happy customer! Thanks Shayne & Chelsie!!!

I had to work overtime today and was worried about having my wife handle our plumbing problem on her own. Biven's Drain Cleaning & Services. Shayne and Chelsie are top notch professionals . Had a major blockage in one of the toilet from a former home owner dumping grease down the drain. Added me to a very busy Saturday schedule, Kept me informed on their arrival time. Shayne was super friendly and very knowledgeable. This is my go to plumber from now on.
