Service seemed fine until we got the bill. His itemized bill was a joke. His actual price was way over the quoted price. One year later our new pump has failed. Find someone else!

Did a great job on a very difficult project.

I was quoted a price to replace a well pump and authorized the work based on the quote. The bill was $800 more than the quote which was a 65% increase. He had no good explanation for the increase. I felt totally ripped off. If you decide to use his services, I recommend getting a guaranteed quote to avoid surprises. I believe he does good work and has quality products. However he charges a lot for his services and does not give honest quotes.

I called this company after trying multiple others in the area. I don't know how the rates are from the other poster. They were very nice on the phone and helped me out by having me go through the steps to see if it wasn't something i could fix. Turned out to be a hose left on that drained the cystern. Thank you very much for your help!

They have done OK work for me and I got a quote from them for a new pump installation. They were a little higher but I knew and trusted them. They submitted an invoice for an extra $1000 and I was careless/under the weather and paid it. A week later when I realized what I had done, I asked for a refund. I provided a copy of the spread sheet of bids. Tough luck! They no longer pick up the phone or return my calls.

Their service was great. Really too good, he did more than I really asked which was good until I got the bill. He charges double what most other well/pump folks do. $90/hr vs $40-50. If it is an emergency, he's responsive and skilled, but keep him on task and be prepared for sticker shock. Otherwise ask for detailed fee information such as hourly rate and make sure it is acceptable to you.
