I was really impressed with Mike who was very responsive when I called on a whim. Even though he had a full days work he came out to our house after his jobs to assess our situation. He let us know what was needed and came back the next day to fix it. He was prompt, courteous, and explained things well. His work was thorough??, he left everything clean and the price seemed right. I'm really happy with his work.

I had a immediate problem with a broken water pipe underground. I called almost every plumber in town. either they were months out on work or just didn't do that digging... excavating work. He came out next day, dug 3-4 feet , fixed and out of there in 2 hours. New guy , new business out of Newport. Very courteous, honest. I couldn't have been happier!! Even took photos for future use if needed.
