Mr. Bisson and his wife went well ""above and beyond"" to deal with our problem. The cooktop died, we needed a new one, which required two visits--one to turn off the gas, the second to replumb the gas line to the new cooktop and turn on the gas. Both done as ""emergency"" service, squeezed in late on two days. Job Done! Perfectly and he is pleasure to deal with.

Claude came out to replace an old gate valve for my main with a new ball valve. Sized up perfectly, even added a drain port for convenience. No mess, no fuss. Done right the first time. Pricing fair. In and out.

Although nobody ""wants"" to call a plumber because it normally means something's wrong at the worst time, thanks for the great service. Looking forward to more ""upgrades"" on my terms (vs the emergencies) with Claude.

My kitchen sink was clogged, I bought some Drano Max Gel (Commercial) strength which said it was safe on Metal and Plastic pipes. 45 minutes later I had a leak from the piping. Roto-Rooter wanted to charge over $900 dollars to fix the sink. I told them to go, get scram. Bisson came out, replaced the piping and cleared the drain using my plunger. The plumber was professional, courteous and just $140 dollars.
I would call them the next time I have an issue - I was very satisfied.
