We requested a work order through American Homeshield and they contacted this company. The guy came and told us, we don't have a clean out drain , insurance will not cover without it. In 3 minutes he left. My husband found out that we have the clean out drain so, the next day, husband called the insurance company. They said they will contact him again. My husband called the guy too and the plumber said, he will come. For almost a month, the plumber did not come. They marked the work order completed but the fact is, it's a NO SHOW, NO SERVICE. HomeShield collected $75 from us for the plumbers service fee. We are FORCED to pay and get NO SERVICE at all. TOTAL INJUSTICE!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I cancelled my contract with American Homeshield too.

Absolutely the worst company on the coast!!! They are shady and scammers!! Such a scam!!! Rude and dishonest!!! Our American Home Shield tried to use them to replace my ac that went out. Not only did they try and replace with a low end product. But they also tried to go against code when replacing the unit saying that if it blew out our inside unit then he would go to AHS and have the replace it later. Scam company for sure!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Pretty upset because my grandparents home has now been without ac for 2weeks and they are in their 80s. The house right now is 93 in inside!! Extremely disappointed with AHS for continuing to us a bad company and angry with this """"family owned"""" company trying to scam my family!!

Absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with for anything in my life. My home warranty company sent them out. The guy complains he has to use a ladder to get to my AC unit then guesses at the part. Tells me it would be 3 days to get in. Now THREE MONTHS later still nothing first it was """"shipping delays"""" then it was """"back ordered"""" then """"the hurricane"""".... always an excuse. They won't call back they won't text back nothing. I was able to get a lady on the phone once but she wouldn't shut up and let me talk, extremely rude. My crazy home warranty company can't get anything from them either. Finally canceled and got a new company to come out.

Been 3 weeks and a/c still not fixed. Told us part ordered 1 week ago, just found out ordered part yesterday when part was supposed to be here. Rude customer service , dont get back with you in timely matter. I would not recommend at all!

No stars finally filed dispute with bbb to be reimbursed. AHS is a scam too. Better to just put money aside each month than to deal with these dumb contractors. Two months now no money. Keep them away from your house!

Doesn't return phone calls. Took more then 5 days to replace a garbage disposal. Ridiculous service. Never helpful and 0 professionalism.

They came to our house through our insurance to check things out. He didn't even come inside to look at the inside where the motor is constantly running and the bypass that was put in. Instead he was blaming us for cancelling an order for a lady with cancer who will probably die because some pregnant ladies air conditioning is acting up. Ridiculous! The motor runs 24/7 so I am hoping this won't affect our power bill. Was not impressed.

I can't begin to tell you how absolutely AWFUL my experience with Bissett Plumbing was. I will simply ditto everything I see in the other reviews here. Avoid them at all costs. I am also with American Home Shield. If you are, too, and are told Bissett has been assigned to you, say NO NO NO!!!

Assigned through home warranty company. Did not contact me, I waited three days and contacted them. Couldn't come out for several more days and then walked around for a few minutes and said he couldn't get into it for another week. Complete waste of time and money. We fixed it ourself within a few hours. Lesson learned.

The most terrible customer service I've ever been subjected to. Waited for nearly 3 weeks and kept getting the run around about scheduling an appointment. Who ever is in charge of answering calls hardly answers the phone and is extremely rude throughout the entire conversation. I imagine the rest of the company is a reflection of this same unprofessionalism. Save your money do not so business with this company. Period.
