Very friendly company! I worked with Rhonda in the office initially just to discuss a few issues I was having (between our A/C and my home warranty). The negative reviews worried me a bit, But I work with warranties a lot and understand specifications/ limitations businesses like these have. Billy, our technician, was so fast and so efficient. He diagnosed the problem, part ordered and installed within 1 business day. I am highly impressed and am glad I gave Bissett Plumbing a chance. They are awesome. Thank you Rhonda and Billy!

We requested a work order through American Homeshield and they contacted this company. The guy came and told us, we don't have a clean out drain , insurance will not cover without it. In 3 minutes he left. My husband found out that we have the clean out drain so, the next day, husband called the insurance company. They said they will contact him again. My husband called the guy too and the plumber said, he will come. For almost a month, the plumber did not come. They marked the work order completed but the fact is, it's a NO SHOW, NO SERVICE. HomeShield collected $75 from us for the plumbers service fee. We are FORCED to pay and get NO SERVICE at all. TOTAL INJUSTICE!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I cancelled my contract with American Homeshield too.

The most terrible customer service I've ever been subjected to. Waited for nearly 3 weeks and kept getting the run around about scheduling an appointment. Who ever is in charge of answering calls hardly answers the phone and is extremely rude throughout the entire conversation. I imagine the rest of the company is a reflection of this same unprofessionalism. Save your money do not so business with this company. Period.

Believe the reviews on this one this company, and especially the female who answers their phone, have horrible customer service skills. She's extremely rude. There is nothing good I can say about this company.

I was assigned this company by AHS due to a faulty toilet. They are supposed to contact you according to AHS in 24hrs. 3 days later and 3 calls later to Bissett the plumber has still not called. When you call Bissett the lady on the other ends says every time I'll give him the message when he checks in and nobody ever calls. Don't waste your time with this place if AHS assigns them to you do yourself a favor and ask for another company.

I can't begin to tell you how absolutely AWFUL my experience with Bissett Plumbing was. I will simply ditto everything I see in the other reviews here. Avoid them at all costs. I am also with American Home Shield. If you are, too, and are told Bissett has been assigned to you, say NO NO NO!!!

Customer service is heinous The lady in charge of work orders is heinous I called this place for 3 days straight and couldn't get an honest answer I would steer away from using this unprofessional company.

Doesn't return phone calls. Took more then 5 days to replace a garbage disposal. Ridiculous service. Never helpful and 0 professionalism.

They came to our house through our insurance to check things out. He didn't even come inside to look at the inside where the motor is constantly running and the bypass that was put in. Instead he was blaming us for cancelling an order for a lady with cancer who will probably die because some pregnant ladies air conditioning is acting up. Ridiculous! The motor runs 24/7 so I am hoping this won't affect our power bill. Was not impressed.

Absolutely the worst company on the coast!!! They are shady and scammers!! Such a scam!!! Rude and dishonest!!! Our American Home Shield tried to use them to replace my ac that went out. Not only did they try and replace with a low end product. But they also tried to go against code when replacing the unit saying that if it blew out our inside unit then he would go to AHS and have the replace it later. Scam company for sure!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Pretty upset because my grandparents home has now been without ac for 2weeks and they are in their 80s. The house right now is 93 in inside!! Extremely disappointed with AHS for continuing to us a bad company and angry with this """"family owned"""" company trying to scam my family!!
