Mike and Rick were amazing during our septic emergency! I have little children, and our septic backed up in the home, and they made time for us IMMEDIATELY to ensure my family didn't have to be exposed... Fixing our issues promptly, and finding our septic tanks (the city had no records of ours because of the year it was built). I called literally every place in Tri-Cities, and Rick was the only person who answered, or even gave me a call back at all. He was eager to help, and I am still so appreciative for their responsiveness and willingness to help during a stressful time for us. Mike even showed up after his appointment to help Rick, and to make sure we didn't need any additional help.

Highly recommend this company. I called them a few months back when I obviously had an emergency !!! Tank was full and needed to be pumped right away. I knew my lids were buried and would be difficult to find. I had no one to help dig / locate and recover them. So Mike, the owner of Bison Septic, provided that service. I was up and running very quickly. Very, very trustworthy company.
