The new owner at Bishop Plumbing told me he took over but kept the same name. We had a stuck cartridge & didn't want to have a plumber out for just one thing so we bought a replacement kitchen faucet so now we're up to two things. The guy comes out at 10:30, scheduled between 9&11 so that was great. I wasn't sure if he was the plumber bc he looked like he had been through things with a ripped up shirt and dirty clothes but I am the second job of the day. Real nice guy too. First thing in the door he tells me the cartridge is a problem bc it looks like someone went at it w something. (Not true) Then he says, You didn't buy this faucet, did you? (My screw up number two). He was really going to town on the old kitchen faucet but I stayed downstairs. He got the ""problem"" cartridge out in seconds but said we had the wrong cartridge & the owner would probably send someone out to replace it when it came in. (?) Then... He just left. The two areas were a mess. So my husband comes home and says, why is the sink dented, the faucet is unstable and it's a mess. (I can't win.) He calls the plumber to tell him that I fixed the cartridge (bc it's reversible) so the guy doesn't have to come out again and asks his questions. The owner says, You have a cheap sink. My guy didn't dent it. Your wife is a problem and his employee is his best employee and does want to come back out. Well good. He used my $150 gel mat as a cushion and ruined that too. We were hoping to find out how to stabilized the sink but we're just done. And, the employee was really nice! As we were chatting, he told me he went to school for electric. I asked how he learned plumbing and he said his grandfather taught him.

1 review probably by you called to give you a job hot water heater & a well tank never called me back called again still nothing called again got a person finally told me they dont do 40 gallon water heaters ROAD R.GOT 1 you only do 50 gal or more is what i was told ok fine not sure if it will fit but come see if it will & lets get the job done still nothing never called back with a price you wont sell me 1 to install myself i wanted a bradford white thats why i called you i dont know who sells them so now i see a sign out front your looking for help hire me maybe that way i can give you my first paycheck back & get the heater i need
maybe you treat your employees like you treated me & thats why you need help now nice building you built let me know if you want to sell it when no one wants to work for you ill make good use of it maybe you can come work for me wait EEK METHINKS NOT& no you dont deserve the star you got had to give you 1 so everyone can see this so give me a call anytime & thank you ill gladly take your garage off your hands & do something positive with it
