Do not use Bishop Plumbinb & heating! they have awful customer service along with the fact they have unprofessional workers and staff who have no problem feeding you lies for their sole benefit. They also have almost seriously hurt/ killed people due to carbon monoxide poisoning. (Stay away from these money hungry vultures, they have no morals)

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Do not use Bishop plumbing!! Waited 3 weeks from them to put in a fan, didnt attached the fan the whole way, I ended up doing it. They charged me 4 hrs of labor at 135$. He installed the fan but not the casing and then waited for the gas co to come and turn on the gas. He left to go eat lunch and I was billed for all his time just chatting with me most of the time!! Never use this company. They sent me a quote for a new hot water heater and it was 3 times the price of another company who actually did the work! The company has changed and they will just over charge you for everything!!

Bishop Plumbing is a horrible business. They came out to do some repairs on my mechanical system and general house plumbing items. They were very poor on service, incredibly difficult on follow Up. Ultimately, they haven't responded to about 4 or 5 phone calls and emails and I paid them for things they didn't do.
Stay away from Bishop Plumbing.

Absolute joke of an outfit. They completely messed up my swamp cooler closing it. Have all the pictures luckily. And they refuse to come back to fix their work. I can't wait to see these guys in claims court.

I was moving from out of state, forgot to pay a $200 bill. NOT A 2000 bill. A 200 bill. Never received one e-mail to remind me. Got one call and paid the invoice the next day. And they said I was 'not an eligible service address.'

Small valley, you're a decent sized business but so are we.

Use PSI, Lassiter, Young's or my dog for better service. She is a black lab, friendly, responds to emails and does not f things up. And she is far more intelligent than Bryan from Bishop.

Terrible customer service and no quote provided after repeated attempts to get one. I have had 2 bad experiences with Bishop plumbing. First, they were unable to clear a clogged drain a couple years ago due to not having the right equipment, but still charged me for an onsite visit. Then, recently, I reached out to them for a quote on a new water heater and water softening system. They sent a guy Keith to my house and he said he would provide a quote within a week. Crickets. I followed up 3 times over the following 2 months and was told by the office manager each time she would ping the technician, but that was all she could do. Thanks Britanny - way to go out of your way to assist a potential customer. Given their blatant disregard for customer service, I highly recommend avoiding this company. Looking at other reviews, it seems that I'm not the only one to be ghosted by this shady business.

I wouldn't use Bishop plumbing they were the last plumbing place on earth. We waiting two weeks for someone to come by, came by and said they're going to give us an estimate and a couple of days, never heard back. When I called Office they told me the person who was going to give us an estimate no longer works for them. Never called me to tell me this, then said they would get back to me with someone else, never did really bad service no below that no service.

Don't EVER use Bishop Plumbing. We had them come clear a backup issue a few weeks ago and haven't used the plumbing since (we haven't been here). We paid over $500 for this and our plumbing just backed up on us. They then declined coming out for service when I expressed frustration that the issue wasn't fixed after paying $588 to fix the issue. I never once said I wasn't going to pay, I just didn't think we should have to pay full freight when we just paid for the issue to be fixed and it wasn't. I merely said, let's figure out the issue and go from there, we will pay to figure out the issue. Clearly, they don't stand behind their work or are competent enough to fix any issues beyond a clogged toilet. A total scam - I have never experienced something like this ever.

Randy came out on a Friday for a water softener purchase and installation, said quote would be to me by Monday, 2 weeks later, multiple emails into Bishop....Crickets. Guess they do not need the business

Jeremey helped us out. Our hot water heater went out and we shopped around and felt confident that Bishop Plumbing would do the job right. He came out and replaced both hot water heaters and removed old hot water heaters. He was very knowledgeable and we feel confident that the job was done right . Job well done Jeremey!

Something has changed with Bishop's level of service. We have used them for over 10 years, but over the past 2 years, they began to nickel and diming us - customer service doesn't matter. Recently they charged $200 as an ""equipment fee"" to bring a pressure cleaner on site. The equipment didn't work at first, so they spent time to repair it and charged me for that time. Don't you think the $200 intial charge was sufficient? Also after the job is done, the 2 technicians spent time writing up describing what they did on the job. They charged for that time as well. After all said and done, a one hour job turned into a 2 hour job! When I pointed this out to the customer service manager, he basically called me a liar. Plenty of other good choices in Aspen.
