Terrible customer service and no quote provided after repeated attempts to get one. I have had 2 bad experiences with Bishop plumbing. First, they were unable to clear a clogged drain a couple years ago due to not having the right equipment, but still charged me for an onsite visit. Then, recently, I reached out to them for a quote on a new water heater and water softening system. They sent a guy Keith to my house and he said he would provide a quote within a week. Crickets. I followed up 3 times over the following 2 months and was told by the office manager each time she would ping the technician, but that was all she could do. Thanks Britanny - way to go out of your way to assist a potential customer. Given their blatant disregard for customer service, I highly recommend avoiding this company. Looking at other reviews, it seems that I'm not the only one to be ghosted by this shady business.

I wouldn't use Bishop plumbing they were the last plumbing place on earth. We waiting two weeks for someone to come by, came by and said they're going to give us an estimate and a couple of days, never heard back. When I called Office they told me the person who was going to give us an estimate no longer works for them. Never called me to tell me this, then said they would get back to me with someone else, never did really bad service no below that no service.

Don't EVER use Bishop Plumbing. We had them come clear a backup issue a few weeks ago and haven't used the plumbing since (we haven't been here). We paid over $500 for this and our plumbing just backed up on us. They then declined coming out for service when I expressed frustration that the issue wasn't fixed after paying $588 to fix the issue. I never once said I wasn't going to pay, I just didn't think we should have to pay full freight when we just paid for the issue to be fixed and it wasn't. I merely said, let's figure out the issue and go from there, we will pay to figure out the issue. Clearly, they don't stand behind their work or are competent enough to fix any issues beyond a clogged toilet. A total scam - I have never experienced something like this ever.

Randy came out on a Friday for a water softener purchase and installation, said quote would be to me by Monday, 2 weeks later, multiple emails into Bishop....Crickets. Guess they do not need the business

Jeremey helped us out. Our hot water heater went out and we shopped around and felt confident that Bishop Plumbing would do the job right. He came out and replaced both hot water heaters and removed old hot water heaters. He was very knowledgeable and we feel confident that the job was done right . Job well done Jeremey!

Something has changed with Bishop's level of service. We have used them for over 10 years, but over the past 2 years, they began to nickel and diming us - customer service doesn't matter. Recently they charged $200 as an ""equipment fee"" to bring a pressure cleaner on site. The equipment didn't work at first, so they spent time to repair it and charged me for that time. Don't you think the $200 intial charge was sufficient? Also after the job is done, the 2 technicians spent time writing up describing what they did on the job. They charged for that time as well. After all said and done, a one hour job turned into a 2 hour job! When I pointed this out to the customer service manager, he basically called me a liar. Plenty of other good choices in Aspen.

Had to call them to fix a problem with kitchen sink backing up. Had renters in the unit and needed fixed right away. I was referred to call Bishop Plumbing and they came out the very next day and repaired the problem for a reasonable cost. Very happy with this company!

If you want a company that really doesn't care about service, Bishop is your guys. I called for a remote water meter that needed to be replaced. Figuring that I should call a professional, one of their techs came up. After installing a part that never worked, I received a bill for 5 hours of labor and a $400 part. Well, I never knew the meter didn't work until my HOA came and threatened fines for having a bad meter. So I reached out to Bishop (multiple times, multiple people) and never heard back. I called the tech that came out, and he could have cared less. So long story short, I bought the $130 part I needed from Ebay, installed in less than 5 minutes and had a working meter. Huh........ My mistake I guess.

Rip off, charge exorbitant prices and tried to send me a falsified bill. Very unethical company, try AJAX Mechanical if you want a reputable honest company.

After many years of this company doing my heating, AC and plumbing work, I challenged the charges on a bill regard a technician that had to come to my house on numerous occasions to work on the same AC unit. I had an independent contractor come look at the problem and they found out what the problem was. I notified Bishop that I had some one come look at the work and he found numerous problems . There were a few exchanges of emails with Bishop where stories were not lining up. I indicated that I felt his technician wasn't telling the truth and threw another tech under the bus by lying. I am refusing to pay the bill , about $900.00, and the owner is willing to trash a very long relationship and turn me over to collections. His an in idiot and willing to cut his own nose off over this. This company has made tens of thousands of dollars working on my house between plumbing, heating and AC work. I will never recommend this company if all they care about is the dollar and not wanting to make a client happy.
