We were ""assigned"" to Bishop plumbing from our home warranty provider and I guess business must be booming for Bishop because 3 days later, multiple calls to get a return call and no word from them. Completely unresponsive and I'm unimpressed. Called my warranty provider to get my service request reassigned to another plumbing company. That company called me back almost immediately and stays in contact with me.

The service provided by Bishop Plumbing was subpar. They completely misdiagnosed the reason why our three toilets were not flushing stating we needed three new toilets to due the buildup of calcium carbonate. Another company came to provide a second opinion and immediately diagnosed the septic tank pump had failed. Once the pump was replaced all toilets flushed properly. Their mistake cost us over $1000 due to our home warranty company receiving an incorrect diagnosis.

This was the second time our home warranty company sent Bishop Plumbing out for a problem. They called us very quickly after being notified by the warranty company and scheduled a next day visit. The first time they had to replace our toilet, went out to get one, brought it back and installed it immediately. They even called us from the store to ask if we wanted the equivalent available or an upgrade.
The second time they called us, were on time as usual, and our issue was resolved in less than 24 hours!
Michael and his dad were very respectful of our home and followed COVID protocol.

Months later still no call or fix. We used Home Warranty and are still pending. Our master bath still has just a pipe sticking out of wall for our kids nightly bath. :( We did want the fixture to match but it's a simple Delta piece.

The worst customer service!! Dispatch was very angry and didn't help at all. Two plumbers showed up later then told us their equipment didn't work and it would be days later before they would return. I then called earl's plumbing, they showed up and didn't leave until the job was finished, very polite and professional.

Set up appointment easy, they called to see if they could come early, went over what was happening with my tankless hot water heater, performed maintenance, discussed how I can do annual maintenance myself, and exactly how the tankless heater worked (what the components were, how the water flowed through, how to turn gas on/off, etc). VERY professional and respectful, great personalities, and work ethic. Would EASILY recommend to my friends and family, and it takes a lot for me to do that. Easy 5 stars.

Our home warranty company picked Bishop. They came out and were not equiped to do the job. Said they would not bill our warranty and left. We ended up having to call an uncovered company and paid full price. At the time that Bishop came, they knew that the warranty company bills as soon as they arrive on the property. Got a bill from the warranty for Bishop just ""visiting"", called Bishop and they said I should have known I would be billed just for them appearing at my house. Paid $75 for them stopping by and saying they couldn't do the work.

I can't believe all these bad reviews. I only had 1 experience with Bishop plumbing and I also was using them because they were sent to my house through a call with my home warranty company. They scheduled the appointment the very next day after I filed my claim, they were not only on time but slightly earlier than scheduled. They fixed the problem with my water heater quickly and also gave me some tips on keeping it working. I would recommend them and I plan on using them for my future plumbing problems. I just referred my grandparents to call bishop for a water heater.

Worst plumber and company I have ever dealt with! Do not under any circumstances call or work with this company! If I could give this this company negative five stars I would! Do not use this company, they are not professional and are liars and cheats!!!!!!!!
