BEWARE!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!!

If I could give this company and its owner a negative star rating, I would!! Absolutely the WORST people and experience! They are who my warranty company dispatched, otherwise I would have never picked them.
The owner, Robert, is a terrible person and even worse plumber! He sent his guys out for a very simple job -- I had a leak outside the house that was clearly coming from a broken pipe, and water was rising from the ground and pooling. I called it in as an emergency call and they couldn't come for 4 days! His guys finally came, did not dig to look for this issue, and guaranteed me that it was not a plumbing issue and that I needed to get a landscaper. I asked them to check again because it was clear it was plumbing, and they laughed and reassured me it was not!
I had to wait to get a landscaper, meanwhile gallons of water got wasted. I had to pay a landscaper out of pocket to dig (which could have been avoided if Bishop did their job!) and find the broken pipe, as I predicted.
I called Bishop back and spoke to the owner Robert this time, told him the story and he said he would come and look at it. When he finally showed up a couple of days later, he said it was an obvious plumbing issue -- never did he apologize for his guys not doing their job, or admit that they were wrong. He told me he'd let me know by the next day when they will be coming to fix it, once my warranty company approved the job. He never contacted me, and I got a message from the warranty that another plumber was dispatched. When I called Robert to ask what's going on, he said they did not have the leak detection equipment needed to find the leak. P.S. Turned out neither did the newly dispatched plumber! Yet he came and fixed the problem immediately - no BS!
Throughout all this, I asked Robert Bishop to reimburse me for the landscaper I had to hire to dig and find the problem, bc it was their mistake and they should reimburse at least for what I paid, let alone the water bill I got bc of the time it took due to their incompetence. Each time I spoke with him, he was condescending, unapologetic, and simply rude and indifferent. After calling multiple times asking to be reimbursed and him ignoring my calls and messages, I decided it's best to warn others because, as a business owner myself, I would NEVER treat my customers this way!

Tech cleaned all items before putting them back together and left his workspace spotless. I will definitely be using Bishop Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

The tech. arrived on time, was courteous, replaced my leaking disposal in about half an hour, left my kitchen spotless when he was done.
SO if you have them to do your service see what happens to you.

Bishop was assigned through our home warranty company to come out and diagnose and then replace our 40gal standard water heater. They were punctual, kind, professional, and we now have hot water again! The tech kept us in the loop throughout the repair and was courteous to not just walk in the house when he needed something (we have dogs).

Bishops was employed by our home warranty company to come fix a drain issue in our kitchen. They were so careless with the repair that they broke a pipe. Bishops didn't even check their work leaving this broken pipe to flood our basement, ruining our personal property and causing damage to her home.
When my husband called to notify Bishops of the damage to our property he was cussed out and hung up on. After consulting with a reputable plumber, it was brought to our attention that the broken pipe repair completed by Bishops was not done properly and will fail.
When I called to see about the resolution for the damage that they created at our property Bishops told me they were not responsible for the damage and would do nothing to make this right. Because of their negligence, laziness and lack of professionalism, our property was damaged.
I would not recommend this company to do any work on anyone's property ever again. Please beware of this company!

Horrible. They've got a little scam
going with the home warranty companies. They send out a low paid unskilled technician to the service calls and they don't have the expertise to fix anything but they get paid anyways. The last one broke my faucet and flooded my bathroom and then lied to the warranty company about it so it wasn't covered.

is there a way to do negative stars the guy they sent was as lazy as they get he even had a helper my sewer had been backed up sat-tue my agent called home warranty Mon morning 8am they set up bishop for Tuesday at 1pm for the blockage,fix dishwasher, slow draining kitchen sink so he snakes the clean out to the septic pulls out chuck of wipes which is no the problem he even agreed I said you need to remove the toilet and snake down he said The warranty doesn't cover that and he loaded up his stuff and left and didn't do any of the other stuff on the work order and left all the crap on my yard and didn't bother to even let me know that I could pay out of my own pocket to pull the toilet and have it done so I called atlas and they brought there BIG equipment in my bathroom and d the job cause they are not LAZY!!!!!
