The plumbers (2) arrived on time as the company sends txt message before hand.
The installed 2 gate valves and connected water filter unit. They installed a ball valve shut off on main line and added a hose bib to end of line. Done.

Had them out to stop exterior spigots from leaking. I have 3 locations on my property with spigots that exist outside, and that could be leaking. I asked them to check them and stop the leaks. First visit one spigot was changed out. I realized after paying in full, but not checking their work due to assuming people do what you ask of them (my mistake clearly on that assumption) that they only changed the one spigot.
I called them back to come and finish the job by explaining other spigots were leaking. He comes out, changes out one more, asks to be paid in full once more. (Yes, he wants to be paid twice for same job).
I ask for partial credit because it's the same job he was just out here for, he throws a fit, refuses to accept any payment acting like I just insulted him, refuses to pick up phone when I call, refuses to ever return.
I realize after his tantrum that one spigot has STILL been ignored and is still leaking, and now I have to hire someone else to finish the job he has been out twice for.
I call a handyman at this point as it seems to be a simple job, and of course it was, as the handyman does the job properly, and completely. I wish I had called him from the beginning. I would've saved myself some money, time, and aggravation.
I now have more plumbing work, and clearly, this place won't be on the list of potential hires.

Bisbee Plumbing worked on my dads home for a number of years before we sold it. They are the best plumbing company in town. They are extremely.efficient and always on time. They took care of all the issues one could think of with old Bisbee wows in plumbing. They are reasonably priced also! Highly recommend.

Waivering between good and OK, but think the Bisbee shortcuts prevailed. We spent a good deal of time digging out the bathroom plumbing from underneath our 1916 home as requested by the owner of Bisbee Plumbing but until I mentioned that fact, no special consideration of what ordinary plumbing companies would not have asked of their customers - at least we got them, at least we think we got them, to flush out the water heater we reused after they delivered and we refused, probably the least efficient water heater on the market. Plenty of other choices were made to make it easier for them to do their job such as not cutting into the walls, skipping a direct connection to the sewer with the kitchen and laundry plumbing, instead hooking into the bath plumbing. Justification was that it would be too difficult to repair the old wood as matching would have been difficult to impossible and given the fact they weren't thrilled about digging, skipped the existing sewer connection with the kitchen. On the positive side, we've got new worry free plumbing in our home and the job got done, something in itself a kudos as finding contractors in Bisbee is in itself, a tough call.

I've had to have the Guys from Bisbee Plumbing out to my house now for two different issues. They were always professional and courteous each time. They were prompt and efficient and either called or text ahead of schedule appointment time to remind of the appointment or to let me know they were on there way... Would recommend them to anyone!

I'm in a very rural area over 40 miles from their home base. I developed a water leak somewhere between my house and the well some 1000 feet away. They could not come for a week, but when their man came, with adequate notice and a text with tracking link so I could see where he was, he worked a couple a couple hours and we found the leak alongside a garage foundation. They made a new appointment for me six days later and he came with a crew of two additional plumbers who cracked the concrete blocks behind which the leak was located; they fixed the leak and also some broken equipment at the well and I had water four hours after they had arrived. They charged me a rate for nine hours total and no charge for materials with completely professional work. The only problem I had was the need to wait so long for them to come out each time, but they are a relatively small company and out where I am I can't be to choosy; a number of plumbers wouldn't have come out here. If it weren't for that, I would have awarded that last star. I will call them the next time I need plumbing help.
