I've had to have the Guys from Bisbee Plumbing out to my house now for two different issues. They were always professional and courteous each time. They were prompt and efficient and either called or text ahead of schedule appointment time to remind of the appointment or to let me know they were on there way... Would recommend them to anyone!

I'm in a very rural area over 40 miles from their home base. I developed a water leak somewhere between my house and the well some 1000 feet away. They could not come for a week, but when their man came, with adequate notice and a text with tracking link so I could see where he was, he worked a couple a couple hours and we found the leak alongside a garage foundation. They made a new appointment for me six days later and he came with a crew of two additional plumbers who cracked the concrete blocks behind which the leak was located; they fixed the leak and also some broken equipment at the well and I had water four hours after they had arrived. They charged me a rate for nine hours total and no charge for materials with completely professional work. The only problem I had was the need to wait so long for them to come out each time, but they are a relatively small company and out where I am I can't be to choosy; a number of plumbers wouldn't have come out here. If it weren't for that, I would have awarded that last star. I will call them the next time I need plumbing help.

I have now used Bisbee Plumbing twice. Both times I had to call on the weekend (sigh) and my call was returned as quickly as possible. Living in an old home in Tombstone Canyon comes with some challenges. These guys know their stuff! I was impressed with their knowledge, problem solving and creative thinking (required with this particular plumbing issue). The level of communication and honesty were exemplary and pricing was quite fair and reasonable. Absolutely 5 stars for Bisbee Plumbing!

Bisbee Plumbing has helped us several times with great service, at a per-job price. My wife and I flip houses here in Bisbee, all over 100-year old houses, and there can be some rather messy jobs. We leave the dirty jobs to these guys. Sal, David, and the rest of the crew have never let us down. Prompt, courteous service, and NOT by the hour! There have been difficult tasks I we have laid at their feet, and no matter how difficult, they keep coming back until the job is done right. For us, quality and integrity is everything, and these folks do it RIGHT.

I used them in the past and prices were fair for a local plumbing company, called today to unclog a sewer drain & they charged twice the amount from last trip, I could have hired Roto Rooter from Sierra Vista and paid a lot less, when I called and asked why the price was doubled from the last trip for the same thing, snake the line, he just said that was the price, I will not use them again

At 9:30 a.m., when the sewer clean-out opened up and spilled sewage into the street, I called Bisbee Plumbing. They said a truck would arrive between 1 and 3 pm.

The truck arrived at 2:30 p.m. with two good natured guys who ran a snake down the line, brought up the offending roots, and then ran it again, just to make sure.

Those roots cost $145, but at least I can flush the toilet. I hope I never see these guys again, but if I need 'em, I want 'em.
