Birditt Plumbing has its roots in Robert ""Wayne"" Birditt, who founded Valley Ditch Digging in the late 1980s, shifting from electrician to plumber. Wayne's commitment was highlighted when he became a master plumber in 1995. Rodney, his son, joined after leaving the Air Force in the early '90s, assisting in the growth of their enterprise. With Rodney obtaining his master plumbing license in 2003, they rebranded to Birditt Plumbing and Electrical, focusing primarily on plumbing. Unfortunately, Birditt Plumbing and Electrical could not survive the 2008 housing downturn, resulting in its closure in 2011. Nonetheless, the Birditt name continued to be associated with quality. In 2024, Reilly Birditt, the third generation and son of Rodney, launched Birditt Plumbing, merging innovation with legacy. He emphasizes the Birditts' dedication to community service through reliable plumbing solutions, ensuring quality, excellence, and dependability through generational transitions.

Hi there, I'm Reilly! As a third-generation plumber and business owner, I spent my childhood in Valley, Alabama with my two brothers. During my early years, I often ""helped"" my father with his plumbing work. I have clear memories of bringing him tools and squeezing into tight spaces he couldn't reach. Observing him instilled in me the value of hard work and the significance of his saying, ""Do it right the first time."" That principle has had a lasting influence on me as I moved through life. When my wife Joann and I purchased our first home, we found ourselves in need of a plumber. Unfortunately, we quickly realized that finding a skilled plumber is not easy. After careful consideration, my wife urged me to pursue a plumbing career like my father. I made the choice to revive Birditt Plumbing to bring quality plumbing back to our community. Our commitment to the community is that you can always rely on the Birditt name for quality work.
