Birditt Plumbing has its roots in Robert ""Wayne"" Birditt, who founded Valley Ditch Digging in the late 1980s, shifting from electrician to plumber. His commitment was clear when he achieved master plumber status in 1995. Rodney, his son, joined after leaving the Air Force in the early '90s, assisting in the growth of their enterprise. With Rodney obtaining his master plumbing license in 2003, they rebranded to Birditt Plumbing and Electrical, focusing primarily on plumbing. Unfortunately, Birditt Plumbing and Electrical could not survive the 2008 housing downturn, resulting in its closure in 2011. Nonetheless, the Birditt name continued to be associated with quality. In 2024, Reilly Birditt, Rodney's son and the third generation, established Birditt Plumbing, blending innovation with tradition. Reilly underscores the Birditts' pledge to community service through dependable plumbing solutions, ensuring quality, excellence, and reliability through generational changes.

Hi there, I'm Reilly! As a third-generation plumber and business owner, I was raised in Valley, Alabama alongside my two brothers. As a child, I often ""helped"" my father with his plumbing tasks. I remember clearly how I would bring him tools and crawl into the tight spots he couldn't get into. Observing him instilled in me the value of hard work and the significance of his saying, ""Do it right the first time."" That lesson stayed with me throughout my life. After buying our first home, I needed a plumber. Regrettably, we soon discovered that competent plumbers are hard to come by. After much thought, my wife encouraged me to follow in my father's footsteps and become a plumber. I decided to reopen Birditt Plumbing to restore quality plumbing services to our community. We promise the community that the Birditt name will always stand for quality workmanship.
