Birditt Plumbing began with Robert ""Wayne"" Birditt, who established Valley Ditch Digging in the late 1980s, moving from electrical work to plumbing. Wayne's commitment was highlighted when he became a master plumber in 1995. Following his time in the Air Force in the early '90s, his son Rodney came on board, contributing to the expansion of their business. With Rodney obtaining his master plumbing license in 2003, they rebranded to Birditt Plumbing and Electrical, focusing primarily on plumbing. Regrettably, Birditt Plumbing and Electrical was unable to withstand the 2008 housing market collapse, resulting in its closure in 2011. Nonetheless, the Birditt name continued to be associated with quality. Reilly Birditt, Rodney's son and the third generation, founded Birditt Plumbing in 2024, combining modern ideas with traditional values. He highlights the Birditts' commitment to serving the community with trustworthy plumbing services, maintaining standards of quality, excellence, and reliability across generations.

Greetings, I'm Reilly! I proudly carry on the family tradition as a third-generation plumber and business owner. I grew up in Valley, Alabama with two brothers. In my youth, I frequently ""assisted"" my dad with his plumbing business. I remember clearly how I would bring him tools and crawl into the tight spots he couldn't get into. Watching him taught me the importance of hard work and the meaning behind his motto, ""Do it right the first time."" This lesson has remained with me as I navigated through life. When my wife Joann and I purchased our first home, we found ourselves in need of a plumber. Sadly, we quickly learned that good plumbers are few and far between. After much thought, my wife encouraged me to follow in my father's footsteps and become a plumber. I made the choice to revive Birditt Plumbing to bring quality plumbing back to our community. We promise the community that the Birditt name will always stand for quality workmanship.
