We just received a bill (12/28) for services we received in June that were paid in full. They are trying to charge us $175 more when services were already completed and paid at the time of service. 100% a rip off scam.

Joe did not show up on the day he was supposed to and did it contact me at all. He then stopped returning my messages. Very strange seeing that I told him I wasn't in a hurry. I told him he should he should get me on a day when he had an opening. I'm assuming he is too busy. I'm not sure why he wasted my time and set up the appointment in the first place.

Steve Birch and his team are great. Answered my call right away, came out in a timely manner. I had two stains on my ground floor ceiling. Thwy Helped investigate and figured out the problem (which was a roofing problem not plumbing). But his worker, Joe, he was honest and helpful. I Had him do other plumbing projects that needed addressing. Very reasonable charges. I highly recommend

I had a clogged kitchen sink and I called numerous plumbing companies today - none of which were available. Almost every single one of them said they couldn't be here for at least two days - possibly three. I did a quick search online for plumbers in Rockford and saw these guys on Home Advisor. They didn't have but one review, but I was desperate. So glad I called. They came out SAME DAY, fixed the problem quickly, didn't even charge me for the full hour, but only 45-minutes, and the guy they sent (Chris) was the nicest guy in the world. True customer service. I was so happy I even gave Chris the rest of my pumpkin pie to take with him. Next time I have a plumbing issue, these guys will be my first call.
