Idk where should i even start from quality of work or efficiency or affordability. These guys know what they are doing. I had a plumbing issue at my business and asked them if they can fix it ASAP.
As soon as requested their service they did take care of it in less than 24 hours. Definitely recommended for any pluming job.

My water heater went out unexpectedly.

Called bio Plumbing and they came out the same day to troubleshoot. Ultimately needed a new water heater, but they were very honest and went above and beyond to help get the unit replaced and installed.

Highly recommend - they do not cut corners And we'll get a job done right!

I had an excellent service experience with Salvador, and the team at Bio Plumbing. They delivered exactly as promised and went out of their way to make the installation seamless. They answered my questions and made every effort to clean up nicely. I don't know too much about plumbing but the way they walked us through everything made the experience so much better.

Called them because of the mailer we received. Free inspection and $50 clog cleaning. Not sure who came. But we called because our drain was clogged. They did an inspection and reported a drain clean/snake won't help and a $3800 estimate to replace some plumbing and add a clean out was the recommendation (which he failed or deliberately omitted that it had a clean out already). I felt that the price was ridiculously high and to conclude that recommendation before even ruling out a drain clean as a service attempted and failed was very suspicious. So I did the job myself a few days later. It took 3.5 hours and $350 in supplies. So basically $900 an hour. And I'm not a professional plumber. And to my surprise while I was cutting pipe, I discovered all it needed, was a clean out. Now they didn't do any work for me so my review is just on the approach that was taken. It's like the worst kind of cliche mechanic tactic. Exploiting peoples lack of knowledge to up-sell what's not needed. So I suggest whatever they suggest get a second opinion. It's free for reason it seems.. not well intentioned business practice.
